I had an appointment Saturday with a banker I showed up got in a long line with only 2 tellers one of the customers seemed to be a problem customer one teller began to ask for help several times and no one was coming. Finally when it was my turn the lady teller had some sort of hearing problem because she couldn’t hear anything. I’m not soft spoken so I was a little confused. She told me that someone tried to call me because the banker didn’t show up I proceeded to tell her I had 0 missed calls and no one called me. She asked if I wanted to reschedule for Monday absolutely not. I will not be back. I don’t expect this kind of sloppy service from chase.

1 star just because. , I went in to cash state check , that I normally have direct deposited , with chase bank , and they wouldn’t cash it . They said they don’t cash state checks ? I will no longer be part of chase bank ! I will find another bank ! Bad attitude I cannot handle at a bank , lies are even worse ! How can I stay with a bank that lied to me ? NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible company they allow transactions in the thousands to be debited from your account without authorization, and act as if it's okay . Closing my account with then already and will never ever bank with them again.

Just went there yesterday to deposit coins around $ 400.00 and the teller said that this is my last time to deposit because they do not have space for coins. What bank that does not have space for coins? Ridiculous !!!!!
