This was our first visit to the shop with Bo and Ralph . We have been grooming with Shannon the new owner for 10 years ! All 4 of my pups love her. Shannon is an excellent groomer and just as importantly she loves her clients and their parents!! Good Luck !!!

Chris's K-9 is now Shaggy Chic. Due to ill health, the transition was made with care to find a new owner who would not only care for your pet that you have grown to rely on but to exceed your expectations.
I had a wonderful interaction this morning with the new staff and even now changes for the better have been implemented. I see only good things coming in the future.

Such a pleasant experience! They turned my handsome boy back into the precious pup I love so much!! I called and was able to get an appt within 5mins. His cut was perfect, the environment was welcoming just an overall 10/10 experience. They definitely have a returning customer. Thank you so much from Bear and family!

This place used to be amazing. 5 years ago. Even maybe 3 years ago. Today. It’s terrible. I will not be back. The lady at the front desk is incredibly rude. My dog used to walk right in. Now she cowers. This was my last visit. Prices have doubled. The person behind the counter is rude and obnoxious. Has no care for her job. You can feel it. It’s like she hates her job. But. Good luck Chris. You were amazing. But like all good things in this time go quickly. I hope you retire soon.
