We came here from Las Vegas for my 8 year old daughter’s birthday. This place is exceptional the staff was amazing they were attentive and friendly Ms. Porscha was amazing she really went above and beyond great customer service. The food was fresh at the salad bar. The pizza was ready promptly. The staff provided and safe and pleasant environment. We’ll be back when in town our children had a blast, as did the adults. Thank you!!! You guys are awesome!!!

Management policies regarding ticket payouts and jackpot difficulties have ruined the experience. Nearly every game, from classics like skee ball to newer games like doodle jump, flappy bird, etc have been ruined by predatory practices and nerfing nonjackpot tickets while making jackpots nearly impossible. Examples include skeeball, which might still dispense 9 balls, but only actually scores 6. The Paw Patrol spinning wheel, which is targeted for young kids, used to have a jackpot of 50 tickets and be on the easier difficulty side. Now it might be the single absolute hardest jackpot to win in the whole place. The jackpot is at 2050 and I'm pretty sure that's max and it hasn't been hit in almost a year since they changed the settings. Well, besides the nerf gun game which has a jackpot so unrealistic it's comical. I've played video games my entire life. I find it difficult to score 120,000. My highest ever was around 150,000 and I got very lucky. The jackpot should be set around 80,000 and increase daily based on the high score. Lower the ticket payout if they want. But 200,000 plus is crazy. Many games also just have ridiculously low payouts, giving only 1 or 2 tickets per play. I managed to hit the jackpot on super doodle. That used to net 50 tickets. I got a measley 4 tickets. For a jackpot. Kids want to play games with the thrill of hitting a jackpot and collecting tickets. They've taken that completely away. Maybe a few adults have ruined it by taking advantage of easier jackpots targeted towards kids, but honestly the prizes are such cheap junk anyways, they should either just chalk that up to the cost of doing business or ban those individuals instead of ruining the fun for the 5-10 year olds who now play 100 games and end up with around 2-300 tickets because of their terrible practices. Now, how about the few non-ticketed games? Most don't even work well. The motogp motorcycle racing game does not allow you to use a boost. And the left screen is zoomed and cropped in a way that you can't even see your speed or what place you are in. Oh, and don't even get me started on the new adventure zone. $18 every visit, regardless of whether you have their unlimited pass or have previously purchased socks. Makes me miss the playgrounds I grew up with that were free. Maybe charge an additional $5 to the monthly pass to include it?

This is a real bummer. My wife got one of the $7.99 monthly passes and our daughter loves using it. The staff are great until you get the assistant manager Anna. This individual has no concept of how to provide customer service. I came in with my 2 month old and almost 4 year old. The 2 month old of course just watches. Anyway, I was informed that the only way to look up an account was with the QR code through the app. Funny thing is, I’d never heard that from any other staff who just used my wife’s phone number. Instead of saying, oh my apologies, I actually need the QR code, she goes into quoting policy. If you aren’t able to effectively communicate without being a corporate mouthpiece you shouldn’t be at the front counter. The whole point in coming in is due to my wife being in the hospital after a car accident. Trying to take some of the stress off my kids. I have been coming to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid with the creepy animatronic band. I really want to keep bringing my kids here, but it’s people like Anna that really push me to start going to one of the many other places for kids in the area. To corporate, please remember your customers and how to approach them. This isn’t new information for you. Do better

I’ve been bringing my kids here for years, and I’ve repeatedly mentioned in surveys that the trampoline price should be lowered — but nothing ever changes. Now there’s a giant claw machine right at the entrance that’s cash-only, and it just feels mean-spirited. As a parent, it’s exhausting having to explain why the trampoline and ninja zone cost extra and why their game card doesn’t work on that machine. My child had a perfect grip on a stuffed animal that still didn’t come up — probably glued to the bottom. When you pay to play at Chuck E. Cheese, kids should be able to run around and have fun without constant “no’s” for extra costs. This place used to feel magical; now it just feels designed to take more money from families. P.S. Please hire more staff. I’ve never once been here when there were enough employees to handle the crowd — it makes the whole experience stressful for everyone. In regards to the comment below from the owner - I fill out the survey every time I visit and never once have I seen anything change.

Super super disappointed that ANOTHER cash grab was added with the cash only HUGE crane machine taking up the game floor. We moved to Bakersfield and the game selection there is sooo much more fun. There’s only a few games here that are actually enjoyable… sadly. Wish they would have invested in more skill based games. Otherwise, the staff here is amazing and super friendly and it’s a nice clean facility. The new cash crane machine just really irritated me.
