We’ve had multiple great experiences at this Cold Stone, and it continues to be our go-to spot for ice cream in the SCV. The highlight of this location is hands-down the incredible staff. They’re always welcoming, helpful, and make the experience that much sweeter.
Lucas, in particular, has helped us many times and delivers some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. He’s genuinely friendly, makes you feel like an old friend, and puts together an amazing ice cream creation every time.
The ice cream is consistently phenomenal. They rotate in new flavors regularly while keeping the classics around. My personal favorite? Cookie dough—can’t go wrong with it.
This is by far the best Cold Stone in Santa Clarita. Highly recommend!

Visited with my parents after a nice out to dinner around 1030pm. It was busy in there and the staff was great. The ice cream always is made well. The employees all seemed to work together well and ensured that everyone was being taken care of. I saw teamwork going on! At the register, the guy asked how our night was going and was friendly. All in all, I’ve always had great service there but tonight was even better. Thanks for helping us have a great Saturday night!

This is the first one I've been to that does not allow me to layer one flavor from another. I was told I have to mix all the flavors and toppings or mixtures all together. It did not come out well. If it would have been layered one flavor with the toppings and the other flavor with the toppings it would have been good. They also used plastic wrap on top of the ice cream instead of an actual cup or bowl covering which pushed all of the fudge down into it making it pointless as a drizzle. Since the flavors were mixed cannot differentiate the two. The one positive I found was that they have the waffle cones with chocolate sprinkles or almonds. Definitely missed the Heath or Reese's bowls that came from marble slab. If I had known that they were going to mix the flavors together I would have just chosen one If I also knew they were going to Saran wrap it together I wouldn't have asked for chocolate / fudge drizzle.
If you're going to eat it you might as well eat it there.
Mine was a mess and broke and whenever getting home. Didn't taste much better than it looks...

This place is great. One of the best ice cream locations I’ve been to. I go here whenever I’m sad or when I’m with my friends and it has never disappointed! The staff is friendly and the most I’ve had to wait for my ice cream is 5 minutes. Seating area is absolutely stunning. Beautiful fountain and scenery. Little to no litter. Will be coming back again and again.
