Super comfy and safe. A big breakfast with plenty of options. Every hotel in the area has a different security deposit system so be warned they require a $50 hold. The rooms are very large and the double bed rooms have a pull out mattress in the couch. Realistically you could sleep six people in one room, if you needed to. I was just happy to have a third bed and a big room so I could sleep far-far away from my alcoholic ex-husband's God-awful snoring. I really don't understand what his new girlfriend sees in him, especially considering he's reached end-stage alcoholism and will be dead soon, but whatever, I'm just glad she took him off my hands.
As for the hotel grounds, Free coffee and free lemon water or tea in the lobby 24/7. The laundry facility was reasonably priced and there's plenty of parking. Safe and clean. No worries if you stay here. There's a gas station at the end of the parking lot within walking distance (say hi to Daryl if he's working) and it's close enough to Magic Mountain which is located two more exits North. You don't even need to get back on the 5 NB to go the amusement park, you can just take The Old Road and it's less than ten minutes. If you forgot a hat or need a T-shirt or some shorts or bathing suit, there's a Goodwill within walking distance of this hotel.

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and manager of this hotel. I left a medical device in my room which was immediately reported by the cleaning staff and quickly returned to me by the manager, personally! All of the staff were friendly and free breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again.

For a less expensive lodging option, it’s sufficient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, big fridge and well stocked coffee service are nice. Breakfast is stocked with foods for convenience, not nutrition. Bathroom in Room 237 had some maintenance issues that should be addressed: shower curtain rod detaching from the wall, shower head wall plate detached, shower head so high it can’t be safely reached to adjust, floor tile rattles because the grout is gone.

Cleanliness of the bathroom was extremely lacking. The bathroom jacuzzi whirlpool we were excited about was unusable because it was disgusting. I wish I would’ve gotten pictures I was shocked they left it that gross. The jets have red/brown buildup in them. I can’t imagine what nasty stuff would’ve come out if we used the jets. The toilet was dirty on the part where the seat hinges to the toilet— like really gross I wiped it myself.
Luckily, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean so I’m really happy about that! The pillows however— seem like they’re 10 years old. There is what looks like a skid mark on the couch.
Breakfast is the part that disappointed us the most, mostly the service. It was okay, but the only protein options were microwaved bacon with a hair in it. On the second day- it was warmed up deli lunch meat ham?? Strange. And the worker was incredibly disrespectful and rude. Breakfast stuff was being taken away from people WHILE they/we were currently making food at the counter grabbing things, and it was not even 9:30 yet, at 9:20 the butter spray for the waffle maker was already gone.. all that did was create more of a mess for her to clean. I get breakfast closes at 9:30 but it wasn’t EVEN 9:30 yet, and I was in line waiting behind someone to make a waffle after them and she takes all the silverware and plates. It’s unacceptable to clean up early, especially with people waiting for the waffle machine that has no butter. She turned off the juice machine, took away the milk and bowls and people were putting cereal in the waffle batter cups. Just so rude in my opinion, it felt like a power trip of taking food and stuff from people who were already in the process of trying to eat. It was very weird and frustrating. I’ve never experienced that any hotel before. If she wants to get off earlier she should get a different job, on top of that she was talking on the phone with her AirPod in which made her even more unapproachable.

Simple. Rented a room for 2 nights. After several hours my eyelids were red. And then the itching started. Long story (hopefully) short after searching the room for about 30 minutes I discovered about 2 pounds of cat hair that must have swept under the bed. Immediately when to the front desk with no one in sight it says to ring a bell for someone even acknowledge you. Told them the story and the employee looked me directly in my eyes and "what do you want me to do. I nearly had steams coming out of my ears. Maybe a new cleaner room or full refund? Refused both. So I sat right in front of her and call their corporate office who not only comped the room chages gave me another 2 day free stay (which I'll definitely choose a different location). If you do stay at one of their many locations CHECK UNDER THE BED.
