I booked a room online, which was pretty easy. Unfortunately when we went to the room, the AC was broken and the room was like an oven. So we had to change rooms. The 2nd room we got is actually quite nasty. There is white powder, like baby powder, everywhere and there is trash under the beds and next to the fridge and in the light fixture in the bathroom. The ac works, but that's about the only thing they have going for this room. Heck I had to wash the coffee machine before using it . They also charge for parking, and breakfast which is absurd. I'm not from Ca and I'm not sure if it's normal here for them to charge for every last lil thing, but I've never heard of such a thing. The first guy at the desk was rude and snooty, but the second one who helped me change rooms was pretty cool. Heck, even the WiFi gave me problems. So in conclusion, I wouldn't recommend staying here and I most definitely won't be staying here ever again.

The hotel is in a great location, especially convenient if you’re planning a visit to Six Flags amusement park. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay feel very welcoming. We arrived late at night after calling ahead to request a pack and play for the baby, and we were so grateful to find it already set up and ready for use when we checked in.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The on-site restaurant and coffee shop were convenient additions, and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi area appeared very well maintained, with plenty of seating options including lounge chairs and tables.
Although our stay was brief and we didn’t have time to explore all the amenities, our overall experience was excellent. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel.

I arrived around 12:30 a.m. with my family after a long drive, and the hotel was quiet at that hour. I rang the bell at the front desk, and within seconds, Azuka came out to greet me with a warm smile and made check-in an absolute breeze.
A few minutes later, I was back out to the car bringing in my sleeping children and my wife, and before long, we were settled in and finally getting some much-needed rest. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and everything felt calm and welcoming.
Thank you to Azuka and the entire team for making us feel right at home. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Santa Clarita!

From the moment we checked in, the service at Courtyard in Santa Clarita Valencia was impeccable. The front desk agent greeted us warmly, ensuring a smooth and quick check-in process. The bed was truly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, and the room felt luxurious and completely quiet. We appreciated the ample, free parking and the fresh coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. This is easily the best hotel experience we’ve had in the Santa Clarita area in years. Five stars for unmatched service, comfort, and attention to detail. This is where you should book! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would say it felt like a good place. It felt very safe. It was a clean hotel and I definitely would go there again with my children as I felt like it was a good area and it had all the amenities needed for a great stay.
