Brought my truck into Crista Car Wash for the first time. Big mistake wasted my time and money. After it was washed I walked by it and there were bugs still on the front grill.... I pointed it out to the employee and asked him if he could re-wash it. He then proceeded to take a sponge and grind the bugs into the paint. After he said he was done with it I walked around the truck and it was still completely dirty. They didn't clean the running boards, the cup holders are dirty, the entire truck still needs a wash. I asked for the manager where he proceeded to tell me “it looks fine.” My advice do not go here. They also charge $5 extra for trucks. Service was rude and the quality is horrendous.

I have been going to Crista car wash and oil change for 20+years. It used to be my go to with my kids in toe. We would drop the car off and go to In-N-Out or feed the Koi fish… In the last couple years, I have watched Crista car wash go downhill from catching the attendant overcharging by marking the wrong package. Not only did this happen to myself, but it happened to my husband as well. The second time it happened to me I called them out on it. The last straw was today when I showed up before 5 o’clock to get my car washed and it was closed. What a waste of my time driving to and from. If your hours say you are open u til 5pm you stay open until then. I look forward to the new car washes open up in town. For now I will wash my car myself at Dapper Dan’s or Bliss car wash. Good riddance Crista!

I’m absolutely furious. I brought my brand-new Acura MDX through this car wash today, and not only did my car come out still dirty inside, but now I have a scratch on my side mirror and small cracks on my windshield that were NOT there before. This is a brand-new car, and I take extremely good care of it — I noticed the damage right after leaving the wash.
I paid to have my car cleaned, not damaged. This is beyond disappointing and unprofessional. If you care about your car, do NOT bring it here.

Keystone cops of oil changes. Couldn't articulate what I needed to do at any point in this operation. I'm embarrassed for them and their incompetence. I found it odd that I needed to get out of the car in the first place but once I did I was on my own. Wandering aimlessly and nobody at the garage, the Chevron (where you are assumably supposed to magically know to wait there) or the car wash. Just completely disjointed and disconnected operation. I won't be back and do NOT recommend.

Today is not busy at all. When i went to cashier was super nice. Mostly we see rude cashiers at the gas stations car wash but he is very friendly even he had good conversation with me sorry i did not get his name. But he work morning 07/26/23
