Debbie's Hallmark Shop has long been my primary location for cards and gifts, but my recent experience has made me reconsider returning.
During my last visit, I found the staff's demeanor to be unprofessional. The associate who assisted me did not greet me and remained silent throughout the transaction. When I presented a $10 coupon, she appeared visibly frustrated while applying it to my order.
I have noticed that several staff members frequently seem unhappy, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for customers. I hope you will address these service concerns to improve the shopping experience.

I found a Hallmark!!! Debbie's Hallmark is amazing!!! There are tons of items to choose from! Clean, and a friendly staff too!!! Such a happy place to go too!!!
