I needed a dining room table. I called DeMejico from my home in Scottsdale, AZ. I was greeted by Courtney. Who throughout the purchase has gone the extra mile. Her professionalism, knowledge and kindness never let me down. Eddy nailed it on the stain and distress I had hoped for. My beautiful table arrived 1 1/2 weeks later by two very thorough gentleman. Luciano and Bruce too as much time needed when setting up my table. If you're lucky enough to get a DeMejico purchase...you're lucky enough!

DeMejico earned five stars by exceeding my expectations in the following ways: (1) The furniture is unique in its authentic old world style, museum worthy craftsmanship, and high-quality materials. (2) The staff (Alberto, Courtney and Alejandro) were highly professional, keeping me fully informed from initial contact through delivery. (3) The pricing of products and delivery are an outstanding value compared to other artisan furniture manufacturers. (4) Friends and family go “wow” when they see the delivered products. I custom ordered a Santiago bed, 7’ Chapal table, and Guanajuato chairs. I also purchased an old world baker’s rack from inventory. These items may be viewed on DeMejico’s website or Instagram.

Just received our $16,000 front entry doors and windows. Top quality. These will make a huge statement to our new home. It took 9 months but was worth the wait. We visited the showroom in Valencia California last April 2023 and ordered them. So be patient. Worth the wait. EDDIE is the owner is great, Courtney is the anchor of communications. When in doubt talk to her. She always returned called and kept us informed. She needs a raise and promotion. She has earned our repeat business. Luciano the driver who delievered our doors from S.Cal to North Oregon Coast was over the top. He had multiple stops to keep tarps on to protect from rain, and road grime. Took extra care. Thanks Team 😊

First, the furniture at DeMejico is beautiful - great craftsmanship and although the prices are a bit high, the quality of the pieces are worth it. For that I would give 5 stars.
However, DeMejico's customer service is severely lacking. Hence, the one star. I placed an order for a custom piece of furniture and mirror in May 2022. I was told it would take 12-14 weeks for delivery. Apparently there were delays, which considering supply issues and the pandemic, is understandable. What is NOT understandable is the lack of communication from Eddy and DeMejico. I called, left messages, emailed and even physically went to the store to try to get at least an approximation of when my order would arrive. Finally, in November 2022, I received the furniture but not the mirror. It is now mid-January 2023 and I'm still without the mirror and no answers as to when/if I will receive it. I have again left numerous messages for Eddy and have emailed him to no avail. My advice is if you like something DeMejico has in stock and you can take it immediately, you won't be disappointed. But if you want a custom order, know that you will not be apprised of any issues and must constantly be in contact with DeMejico (even though you won't be get any answers)- just to make them realize you are not going away.
