So I was searching for a solid reputable shop to do some brake work, and came across these guys. They had a majority of glowing reviews, but what struck me is that for every review - even the ones where people were not perfectly happy - they answered every single one and offered to make it right if it wasn’t, leaving contact info. They are very friendly, completely upfront, and super honest (they actually charged me less than the estimate). Their diagnostic cost (yes they charge a small fee and they should, that’s normal) is very reasonable and they subtract it from the work done if you move forward. They care about their customers because they care about their business - the clearly want you back and happy with them. They are trying to make money not by charging the most but by getting you back in the door. Btw - their cost for brakes was below the average of 5 other shops I checked with and was done perfectly.

Easy to shop and compare various tires and price points. Great selection from inexpensive to top tier tires. Once I set up an appointment, I received direct communication from the store confirming tires, appointment. I was offered additional services without the high pressure sales tactics. The staff is very respectful and updated me on the progress. I highly recommend Discount Tire Store for ALL your vehicle needs.
