So I was searching for a solid reputable shop to do some brake work, and came across these guys. They had a majority of glowing reviews, but what struck me is that for every review - even the ones where people were not perfectly happy - they answered every single one and offered to make it right if it wasn’t, leaving contact info. They are very friendly, completely upfront, and super honest (they actually charged me less than the estimate). Their diagnostic cost (yes they charge a small fee and they should, that’s normal) is very reasonable and they subtract it from the work done if you move forward. They care about their customers because they care about their business - the clearly want you back and happy with them. They are trying to make money not by charging the most but by getting you back in the door. Btw - their cost for brakes was below the average of 5 other shops I checked with and was done perfectly.

Aram and his crew, including Todd have been always upfront on time and honest with their recommendations to us for car service. I’ve shopped around for tires and their prices are very very competitive We’ve used their black Lien tires and those have lasted beyond what the manufacturer says it would last I would, I would recommend their tire and auto service The car I brought was our 2017 Volvo XC 60

Easy to shop and compare various tires and price points. Great selection from inexpensive to top tier tires. Once I set up an appointment, I received direct communication from the store confirming tires, appointment. I was offered additional services without the high pressure sales tactics. The staff is very respectful and updated me on the progress. I highly recommend Discount Tire Store for ALL your vehicle needs.

Discount Tires has been servicing my vehicle for the past 6 years. There’s nothing like dropping my car off and trusting the staff to not only do a great job but to also take great care of my vehicle. Aram, Yeraldo and Tod along with the entire crew are some of the best people I’ve met. I’m so grateful our paths crossed and now I never have to worry about where I’m going to bring my car for tire repair or regular maintenance for my vehicle. I highly recommend Discount Tires for just about all of your vehicles needs.
