Exceptional Repair and Service — My Wedding Set is Perfect Again!
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dominique for the incredible work she did in repairing, resizing, and resetting my wedding set. My platinum diamond ring had been severely damaged—I had to have it cut off three years ago due to swelling during pregnancy—and I hadn't been able to wear it since. I was hesitant about where to take them, especially given the extent of the damage.
Since the shop is local to the community, I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by the care and service I received from start to finish.
Dominique did an absolutely amazing job with the repair. The restoration is so seamless that you would truly never know the rings were ever damaged. They look and feel brand new. Dominique is the real deal. She is a true artist and her attention to detail is beyond any jeweler I’ve ever been to . Her custom pieces are just amazing !! She also has an incredible selection in her cases . She cares about her customers and her assistants are also knowledgeable and courteous . I want to go hang out in her store because the vibe is so good! But more than that I have literally never met a jeweler that is so detail oriented and has an eye for perfection as she does . I will definitely be buying from her from now on!!
