We have worked with Efrain in the past and it took him 1 years to to complete the work. We had send the work back because he didn't do a great job in the piece and cut corners with the filling. We can still see wood slats under the fabric in some areas. But he is such a nice man, and we thought a man of integrity so we gave him another project of a sectional in our bedroom. We paid him all upfront costs and the fabric cost thousands and it had been almost a year. He won't return our couch and won't return our calls and has stolen our couch. We are extremely disappointed and will be forced to not only report him to the BBB, but will be taking legal action. If anyone has any information on how to track him down, please contact me. Thanks you and sorry to anyone else that has been scammed and taken advantage of.

I contacted Efrain about having custom cushions made for newly built bench seating in our kitchen. Efrain responded quickly to my call and we set up a meeting for an estimate. He brought sample fabric books with him, measured and gave me a very fair quote. Efrain delivered our cushions today and they look beautiful! Don't go online to purchase custom work. It's much better dealing with a local business and knowing the quality you're going to get. I highly recommend them!

I called Efrain to get a quote on dining room chairs and after speaking with him at length and sending pictures, he gave me a price. I called and scheduled a time for him to pick up the chairs and after he loaded them on his truck, he proceeded to fill out an invoice so we could get the process started. He started giving me prices that didn't line up with the previous quote. When he was done, he had added on an extra $155 per chair!! I reminded him of the previous quote he gave me and he said he didn't realize that the chairs were that size and at that time I reminded him that I sent pictures. He said there's no way that he could do the job at that price and he shouldn't have given me a quote over the phone and wouldn't honor his original price. He asked me "what are you going to do"? I told him to remove the chairs and leave them on the sidewalk and I'll take it from here! I am consulting with another company and I will have newly upholstered chairs very soon!!
I think that is very shady business and I would not recommend doing business with him!!

Efrain did a great job recovering three bar stools, a recliner, and a rocking chair. He replaced the padding and repaired a dog-chewed leg. His prices beat any of the large businesses you might have heard of.
We highly recommend his business!

We had a beloved rocking chair that needed reupholstering so I checked out Ephrain. He worked hard to find an appropriate fabric, quoted a price and gave us an estimated delivery time. We gave him the order -- he did a beautiful job! He matched the plaid, refinished the frame that showed 50 years of use from rocking our children and grandchildren, and delivered the chair on time. We are delighted!
