I got Gel nails with nail extensions. The finished product looked okay, not the best but it was alright. They were uneven and lumpy. Within 7 days, 4 nails had broken. I hadn't even been doing anything excessive, I wasn't working since I just had my wisdom tooth extracted. 2 broke in the shower, 1 while putting clothes in the washing machine, and 1 while scratching my head.
I've gotten gel nails before, they are supposed to last at least a month and these didn't even last me a week. Mostly upset that my sister spent a good amount of her money to treat me just for them to last 4 days.
Also still had to wait 35-40 even though we showed up on time for our appointment.
I would have posted pictures but I already cut them down to make them all the same size. This was my fist time there and I definitely wont be coming back. Highly disappointed.

Took me in quickly. Minimal conversation. Wanted short acrylic almond nails. Legit will never go here again.
1. Don't follow through with covid guidelines (customer not wearing a mask).
2. Look at the pics- sloppy clean up and BUBBLES FOR DAYS
3. paid ahead $40 mani and $15 tip. I'm already planning on taking off the color at home and repainting myself with NO bubbles.

If you want to experience a wonderful spa treatment, whatever you choose you’ll become a loyal customer.
Mike and his crew are the friendliest people. They have great customer service they are accommodating with appointments. The salon is always clean and they take pride in their work.
Never any pushy uncomfortable requests from staff asking you if you want anything extra. I get my pedicure at Elite Spa and I will never go anywhere else. They are wonderful and the price point is reasonable too!👍🏼❤️

Showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. Ended up still sitting there 50 minutes after my appointment. She started on me and then out of no where she said she will be back. Didn’t tell me where she was going. Next thing I know she’s working on someone else. So I’m sitting in a chair for 50 minutes with just the acrylic part put on and she walkin past grabbing items out the drawer not saying anything to me. didn’t even care. Didn’t even get an apology. Ended up leaving with my nails not done. She tried to pull the acrylic off cause I told her I’m not staying another minute while I watch her finish someone else nails. Horrible customer service
