We were absolutely appalled buy the condition of this place. I had two rooms and could not find another place for my family with such short time. The place has not seen a vacuum in ages, the bathrooms were not clean. The front office employee was very nice but also very embarrassed. Apparently she runs the place alone including all of the laundry as neither room had pillowcases, blankets and one room also was missing any toilet paper. The kitchenettes had no supplies whatsoever. The beds were clean though. There was trash and debris throughout the parking lot including tons of lint from the dryers and standing water in a half-way dug up irrigation control box. I asked myself what self respecting person could own a business like this and with some research found it is owned by Blackrock and private equity. No wonder it felt like its run by a slum lord. Under no circumstances will we ever stay here again.

it's not the 4 seasons but it's decent. it's one of the better priced locations in the area and the rooms are good. the bed is comfortable and the mini kitchen comes in clutch. what stands out is the service, the people at the front desk are great- Sara (spelling?) remembers your name- is very helpful and makes coming back to the same hotel something to look forward to.

I stayed at the Extended Stay America Suites and had such a great experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed, but what really made my stay stand out was the staff.
Shayna and Jonathan were absolutely amazing.
They were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful the entire time. You can tell they truly care about the guests from the way they greet you to how quickly they assist with anything you need. They made the whole environment feel safe, friendly, and taken care of. It’s rare to meet staff who go above and beyond with such good energy, and they definitely did.

I'm writing this review as a public service, do NOT stay here. The lobby smells horrible. Seriously what sticky-nasty-soup-smell is that? I can't even describe it. I wish I had left, but I had bought a night with my credit card points and despite the horrible warning smell, still checked in.
Everything is run down and dirty. The room did not smell as bad as the lobby but it was still an unpleasant, unclean smell. The toilet and bathtub were NOT cleaned after the last guest. The stove is dirty and rusty. And everything is run down, very, very run down. I don't know where the website pictures were taken, definitely not here. Car alarms are constant in the parking lot. Someone tried to open my hotel door twice. I've never had that happen before.
There is a room where trash is thrown?! Why? It says "trash room" and I opened the door thinking it would be a trash chute. Nope. It's a room that they have made into a dumpster. I'm not kidding. Worst hotel stay of my life.
The lady at the front desk was nice, but not even that makes up for the state of this place.
Go somewhere else. I've stayed at La Quinta and the Residence Inn in the area, they are palaces compared to this place. Stay away.

Pack your bags and get ready for your extended stay in hell.
After about a 30 minute wait at the front desk to be checked in, we were finally admitted to a place equivalent public toilet. The room was absolutely disgusting. Want to feel clean? This is not the place for you. Somehow the walls were dirtier than the floor. There was no soap. We lasted a grand total of 2 hours before checking out and going to a different hotel.
Spend the money. Go somewhere else.
