I walk into the store and the lady who is helping me find my order refused to listen to anything my mom told her. She doesn’t put any effort to find my order even though we are trying to tell her. She doesn’t want to argue with her she says, you are the one causing it. She told my mom, “You’re gooood. Get OUT.” Oh wow. 🤯 Unbelievable, and horrible service. How childish.

Walked in to see the selection of shoes and lots of great shoes at good prices. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I wish the employees were more familiar with their shoes. When asked for a certain shoe type they can tell you about different options for people with different foot concerns.

Michelle, the assistant manager, helped me with a return and provided excellent service. I was having trouble finding a comfortable pair of sandals. Very happy with the experience and I'm looking forward to returning the week of Black Friday for the next BOGO sale! :-)
