Chad did an incredible job detailing my 2012 Mazda3. My car had years of desert sun and grime on it, and the inside hasn’t been deep cleaned in a very long time. The car looks gorgeous inside and out, nothing was overlooked and I’m so proud to drive it again! Chad was also very communicative and easy to work with. He is friendly and approachable, and worked with us to get me on the schedule in a timely manner. I also super appreciated him coming to my residence for the appointment, it made things so easy on my end! I can’t recommend him enough and will definitely use Faraj Garage for future needs.

When you get a car detailed, you expect the details to be addressed. The windows had streaks, the door frames were still dirty, some of the interior plastics were not wiped down or addressed at all. Brake calipers were still dirty. I was able to clear multiple areas of the paint clean with a damp microfiber towel. I actually ended up wiping down the car all over again right after the detailing and the microfiber towel was filthy. Very disappointing experience overall.
*even at the brief inspection after your completion there were multiple areas we discussed. The brake calipers, the dash, etc. that were not well addressed. The upsell for a higher package was too strong. I am glad I did not spend any more money as I doubt I would be impressed with any further work
