We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter!
We initially started using Suzie's services for dog walking while my husband and I were both working and because we needed someone to come in and walk our dog when I couldn't come home during lunch.
Recently, we needed boarding service as we had a wedding out of town and after that a bathroom remodel.
From our very service, it was clear how genuinely caring, professional, and knowledgeable Suzie and her staff are. They took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our pet's routines, preferences, and personalities, which immediately put us at ease. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them — they truly love animals.
Our dog Judy can be a little shy at first, but she warmed up almost immediately — which says everything. While we were away, we received regular updates, photos, and detailed messages that gave us complete peace of mind. Seeing our pets relaxed, happy, and well cared for made it so much easier to enjoy our time away without worry.
Suzie and her staff were punctual, dependable, and incredibly attentive to every detail, from feeding schedules to special instructions. It’s such a relief to know we have someone we fully trust to care for our furry family members as if they were their own.

We’ve been putting off taking a family vacation because we have a senior dog who can’t be boarded, and our previous pet sitter moved out of state. From the very beginning, Suzie put my mind completely at ease with her professionalism and how smoothly the entire setup process went. I loved the modern app, which made it so easy to manage background notes and communication, as well as how thoughtfully they handle keys, visits, and every detail in between.
Brooklyn, Vanessa, and Morgan were all absolutely wonderful. Not only did they genuinely love on Rosie, but they also provided detailed updates and photos that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Knowing she was getting that level of attention allowed us to truly relax on vacation. In fact, even though she’s happy her family is home, she still keeps looking at the door like she’s hoping they’ll come back to visit.
We will definitely be using The Pet Care Club of Santa Clarita again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate pet care and complete peace of mind.

I just moved into town right before the Christmas holidays and needed a cat sitter for my kitty, Ascher, on short notice. Suzie from The Pet Care Club of Santa Clarita was AMAZING! She was incredibly detailed in her communication, always sent photos, and even sent a little journal of each 30-minute visit so I knew exactly how Ascher was doing. It gave me so much peace of mind seeing how well he was cared for.
She also took the time to get to know me, our home, and Ascher’s routine, which really showed how much she cares. Ascher was happy when we got home and we’ve already booked her again for a longer trip in January.
Highly, highly recommend Suzie — truly the best!

Suzie and the rest of her team are absolutely amazing! We’ve used Suzie’s services for over 2 years. Any of the team members that have watched our animals have the same quality as Suzie herself. From boarding to pet-sitting, we know our pups are always in good care. After boarding, our pups come back happy, and we’re always kept apprised of how they’re doing while we’re away (with pictures and videos). After pet-sitting, we’re always provided with pictures and videos to show just how good our animals are doing. They even check on our cat, though we have the sitting for our pups. They are reasonably priced and always very responsive. Suzie cares for the animals, as do any of individuals who work for Suzie. We know that our animals are in good hands when we ask Suzie and her team to take care of them! 💞

Suzie accommodated our family within the same day after learning that our original car sitter is not able to care for our two cats during our vacation. Maria took care of our babies, updated us daily through pictures of how they are doing, and we felt peace of mind. Will definitely use them again when we travel!
Updates: Suzie is AMAZING! She is taking care of our fur babies while we’re on an international trip. Even our reclusive cat who never likes anyone but us allowed Suzie to pet her. Suzie is so detailed and trustworthy. I can’t imagine having anyone but her care for our cats. I highly recommend The Pet Care Club!
