They used to be great, but their customer service and offerings are essentially the same as the big banks now. Their customer service is awful now and they now have the same shady/predatory practices as bigger banks. Look elsewhere if you're interested in a credit union with integrity.

Been a member since 2008. I love this Credit Union, and I think the customer service is top notch. I mostly use their online banking system but when I come in to this branch I always feel welcome.

Banked here for 30 years and they must have hired someone from BofA because their customer service has gone from private 5 star to Walmart sht, this bank used to be the best small bank and would go out of their way to help members. Since Covid you can’t get a operator to help you it’s a 3 rd party and their website changed and now there is ads on the private site. It has gone from 5 star to -1
