Banked here for 30 years and they must have hired someone from BofA because their customer service has gone from private 5 star to Walmart sht, this bank used to be the best small bank and would go out of their way to help members. Since Covid you can’t get a operator to help you it’s a 3 rd party and their website changed and now there is ads on the private site. It has gone from 5 star to -1

Phone service is terrible. Can’t speak to anyone at the bank. All numbers lead to the call center where the reps are very sweet but their helpfulness is limited to a database of FAQs. They did not have the ability to transfer me to a branch or give me a direct number to a branch. Very frustrating!

A lot of flaws with this small credit union! Things that Customer service have no control over and even when they’re aware of the situation they don’t have any way to fix it with the people above him it’s just a flawed blank system. If you want make payment over the phone from different bank they literally put you in a call loop where they know they are going to tell you to transfer you to card services and card services going to tell you need to call your credit union

Loan officers are never available, been calling for 4 days now and they still cant find anyone available. Santa clarita branch is now closed on Saturdays so people that work monday-friday cant even go in. Only a member because of my direct deposit for work or i would leave this branch.

Been with this bank over 15 years was great at first but now they are going down hill fast. Nothing but problems now. The staff is great helpful friendly but the bank itself is terrible. Banks are horrible my opinion only. I just have bad experiences with every bank that I have had. I have been with over 10 different banks. All bad bad.
