Too long didn’t read: Worst customer service I’ve ever had from any dealership especially for a car that’s not even two years old and still under warranty. Took an act of god to get updates on a paint issue that they blamed me for, when this year/model has paint quality issues. They also have horrible wait times, even with an appointment a basic service/check of the vehicle takes over four hours. I spent from August of 2024-January 2025 for a resolution for them to blame me and not even have the stomach to call me to decline service. It’s ruined my views of Toyota as a whole.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Frontier Toyota. I brought my 2023 Tacoma in for a known paint issue, with rust forming above the windshield in the seam. It runs from the drivers side to the passengers side. This truck wasn’t even two years old and barely over 30,000 miles, I do not use drive through car washes and only hand wash.
When I brought it in to have it looked at, their service tech (to look at paint) took over four hours, blamed me for the damage, and then they tried to have me “trade in” my truck. The only resolution they could give me is to contact Toyota Corporate. I contacted Toyota corporate, and due to this dealership stating I caused the damage (which for me to do that would take me picking at the windshield with a tiny screwdriver it’s so tucked away), they refused care and service.
I brought it back to the dealership and they stated they would attempt to contact them on my behalf. Here the course of four months (October 2024-January 2025) I literally had to call them every few weeks to get an update on them “contacting Toyota on my behalf.” Every time it was a 20 minute game of telephone tag, with the manager always busy. They never once had the decency to call me to update me on this process, acting as if every time I called I was inconvenient. I didn’t call often, but every few weeks and never raised my voice or was angry at them I just wanted help. Finally, in January 2025, giving them time because of the holidays in December, I called them asking for an update. They gave me this response verbatim “yeah, no they stated it’s caused by you damaging the paint so we won’t be helping any more.” They didn’t even have the customer service to call me and tell me this, I had to call them.
After multiple attempts to get resolution, I’ve been met with poor communication and zero accountability. Despite being under warranty, they have refused to fix the issue, and I’ve been treated terribly throughout the entire process. Every interaction has been frustrating, with no clear answers or solutions offered other than blaming me for the problem. Between August 2024- January 2025 it was like pulling teeth. They would never call me to update me on the claim process, and act like I was inconvenient when I would call asking where their decision was to help me repair the paint.
It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here, and I will never be returning. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Manny Lava and Harry Ogtanyan were fantastic and provided top-notch customer service. Manny went above and beyond to make my vehicle purchase process quick and easy, and his dedication truly stands out. He is an incredible asset to the company. Both Manny and Harry's positive attitudes made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. They’ve definitely earned my loyalty, and I’ll be returning again for my next car purchase. Highly recommend!

As we considered small truck options, and without much time to make our decision, I’m glad we chose Frontier Toyota. It was hassle free from start to finish, eventually finding a perfect truck for us. Jose, Greg and Sam in sales, to Harry in Finance and President and Owner, Aman, we were treated very professionally. I highly recommend the folks at Frontier to make the shopping and buying process easy and painless. They even took care of our beagle while we signed papers.

Everyone was engaging with my purchase. I’ve bought a good number of vehicles from Frontier over the years. They recognized this fact and had their manager come out and meet with us. They went beyond the norm in getting me comfortable with our purchase. The final negotiation was refreshingly free of the notorious pressure associated with a car deal. They worked with me instead of working for them. That’s a big deal.

I leased my car from Marlin and Greg. Although, after leasing it, I felt I could have negotiated further (typical buyer's remorse, I guess), they helped me reach the number I was looking for. Even after the purchase, Marlin is available to answer my questions. The finance guy, Francisco, was also very helpful; he answered all my questions and was very patient.
Pro Tip for buyers: Include gap insurance in your calculations; otherwise, you will be surprised by the final price. Also, if you are offered any discounts, make sure the car includes everything listed on the window sticker before you begin negotiations. In my case, I overlooked the fact that they removed one of the dealer-installed KARR systems as a discounted item but offered to buy it from them as an add-on.
Overall, I liked the transaction.
