I loved this experience. It’s the first time I have ever bought a car where I loved the experience. Martin was so patient and helpful. Going the extra mile for me. Explaining everything to me. He is amazing. I can’t say enough things about him that are wonderful. I cannot remember the man who gave me all the paperwork, but he was great too. I love my car. It’s beautiful. I will always be a customer at Frontier Toyota.

It was a great experience. The rep I got was easy to work with and the service was fast.
Only reason I took a star off was because they don’t be give you the multi-point inspection report anymore. I liked seeing that report and it made what I pay more worth it. I would consider getting my service somewhere else that is cheaper if they don’t start sharing the report.

Everyone is very friendly and my 10,000 mile service was done quickly. However, I wasn’t prepared to pay $60 for an air filter. I thought I had free service for the first 2 years.
I also have to make a second trip back because they didn’t reset my service reminder. This happened at 5,000 miles also.

Dean was very helpful in providing me info about the regular maintenance service for our Sienna for today. I was impressed with the video they sent me on the air filter that needed to be replaced. After giving approval, they replaced it right away. Service was done on time.
