It felt really fun spending time at the Fun Factory in the Valencia Town Center when I visited with someone. The place has this lively and energetic feeling that teenagers would enjoy a lot, and I noticed right away that there were a lot of teens all around the arcade machines. Seeing so many teenagers there made the whole place feel more exciting, almost like their energy was part of what made the arcade enjoyable. Even though it isn’t the biggest or most impressive arcade ever, it still has that playful atmosphere that makes it easy to have fun without feeling rushed. I liked how simple it was to move around and try different games, even if a couple of the machines looked a little older and one didn’t work when I tried it, which fits a four‑star experience instead of a perfect one.
I only visited the Fun Factory one time in my life before making this review, but it still left me with a good impression. It’s not a mind‑blowing place, yet it gives you a chance to feel creative and playful in your own way. I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because it gives them a fun spot to hang out, play games, take pictures, and enjoy themselves without needing anything fancy.

We stop in every time we are at the mall. It’s always clean and there are games for all ages. The Manager Gerardo is always very welcoming and friendly.

Very expensive and almost feels like a rip off. Games average less than 20 seconds of play time and for $20 you get about 5-7 games so really maximum 2 minutes play time. There are other and better places in the area so wouldn’t recommend you waste money here.

Honestly, it's a pretty good place. It's on the small side, but it's the only arcade we have around, and it's always pretty clean in there. Staff is nice too. I was killing time before watching a movie and managed to nab all these from the claw machine and prizr counter (with the exception of the green one, which i bought somewhere else)

I had to give a review of this place because my son and I had so much fun and I thought it was well worth the $20 we spent. First off, it is IMMACULATELY CLEAN! The entire store and all the games are maintained and nothing is dirty or sticky. After reading reviews of some other local arcades (where parents were cleaning bodily fluids off the floor because the employees didn't care), I was relieved to see this one so beautifully kept. As a parent of a young child, I especially appreciated that none of the video games were bloody, gory, etc. There was one zombie game in the back, but my son wasn't interested in it. They have a great selection of carnival style games, too. It took us about 45 minutes to use our game credits, and he earned a surprising amount of tickets in that short time. He left with decent prizes (a generous bag of marbles and a water blaster), and still has a credit of tickets saved. The prize selection was impressive and age appropriate. The lovely gentleman who helped us was kind, professional, and took great pride in his job. For my $20, I had a very enjoyable morning with my son and I plan to return for more fun in the future.
