Don't bother with this place, I don't know how they stay open. Upon entering they ask if you need help, I say "looking for a sofa" modular preferred .their response "yeah they are kind of all over" and that was it. Literally all... Customer service is none existent, place is completely empty on a Saturday. Why in the hell do you ask me what I'm looking for if you aren't going to help. Good day.

Totally outstanding customer service. The owner is there to help direct you to what you desire. Zania my advisor was beyond superb and was a total pleasure to deal with.
Did I mention their prices for name brand furniture is really unbeatable. I saved $400.00 on an Ashley leather recliner which was the exact same one that we looked at at Ashley the day before we purchased this one. They have won my future business, on that you can be assured.
I'm sure that once you visit this store, it will be your forever furniture store.

I bought an entertainment center, a coffee table and an end table and although there were beautiful at first, only a little over a year or so later the paint is coming off of the furniture. That is unacceptable and I feel like I was sold "a bill of goods". I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone and I regret my purchases.

Not only is the store itself wonderfully laid out with great staff, the furniture pieces themselves are absolutely beautiful and priced competitively. The staff is excellent and makes you feel like family. They are not pushy and don't follow you around the store while you shop but if needed, all of the staff is very knowledgeable and can tell you anything you need to know about any of the pieces they offer. Our delivery was right on time and the customer service before and after purchase has been phenomenal and very responsive. I HIGHLY recommend giving Furniture Design Center your business over other furniture stores in this valley. They deserve all the love!

I have bought a sofa and Lazy Boy recliner.
It is the first custom furniture I have ever bought, up to now it has always been off the showroom floor or Costco. I am beyond happy with all my experiences with this Store and Store Employees. The Sofa was delivered today and the Delivery Men went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for home furnishings. Thank you to everyone at Furniture Design Center.
