Everyone who helped me at Gerber Collision were amazing. They are timely and made sure I was kept informed on a regular basis - you do not have to worry about when you'll get your status. Even though they do have text status notifications, Mike would call to let me know exactly what they were doing to keep me posted. Hannah also made sure to let me know everything was sorted out with the insurance. Work was done quickly and my car came looking great.
Although I didn't get everyone's name, they were all professional and personable. They made such a stressful time very easy to navigate. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was great until after driving home. Once I got home I noticed the right rear lug nut for my wheel was missing. After further inspection of the remaining lug nuts I noticed the remaining four were all loose. I had to tighten the lugs myself and fortunately I had a spare lug nut to replace the one that’s missing. After this I’m not even sure my vehicle is safe to drive anymore. I feel like I need to take it to a shop to have my car inspected for safety.

My grandfather took his beef there after an insurance claim both left doors needed repair. Did a great job with the dents . But the clear is heavily peeling ,the paint matches well. This was last year.

My experience with Gerber Newhall was amazing. Everyone was friendly and explained everything with detail. Marcaisse was great, he was very communicative so I was never wondering what was going on. I was kept in the loop the entire time. On top of Marcaisse communicating with me via email, I was receiving text message updates. My car looks great. It looks as if nothing ever happened. I definitely recommend this shop.
