Highly recommend! The pricing was very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. I brought in my ring to have the prongs tightened, and Edward had it repaired within an hour! I was expecting to leave it for a few days, so the quick turnaround was such a pleasant surprise. I’ll definitely be returning for any future jewelry repairs.

I’m so glad I found this jeweler! I just had a gorgeous ring made there! I brought in a diamond and a picture of what I wanted my ring to look like, and Edward brought it to life beautifully!! He was honest and knowledgeable, quick and reliable. The price was very fair. The workmanship was excellent. Truly a pleasure to bring business to this gentleman and his full service jewelry store!

No idea they were there. Friend told me. My watches batteries had died. I brought in 4 watches. The gentlemen was so nice and helpful. Great to know where to go now. Will not have to wait until down to One watch.

Stopped by and dropped off two watches that Downtown Watch Repair had an issue replacing the batteries on. Told me to come back 30 minutes later and they were able replace both batteries. $15 each.

They apparently don't have a way to tell time...every time I've gone by, they're not there. Monday at 1PM, closed! Tuesday at 10:30, closed! Wednesday, (today), closed at 10:00-10:15! I won't be using this place now. They should change their hours to "varies". Oh well. 😒
