The hospital is great! It is well clean! The customer service was amazing and they helped my dog quick and the whole process was easy and not stressful at all! They provide great service for my Doberman! Usually other hospitals are scared to handle my dog. These people proceeded with care and love for my dog and I am extremely grateful for this place and I will be back again!

Update: our dog was bit or cut his toe and back to Grand Canyon Veterinary hospital we went. They are so loving there. We have found our home Vet now for sure!
Sunday night our dog was bit by a rattlesnake, they were open, and had wide open arms for our little guy. They saved his life and I will be forever grateful to them. Sebastian, Gabby and Dr. Kaul is very kind.
This veterinary office is my family's vet and now our vet too. Thank you everyone!

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary hospital. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward both pets and people. The veterinarians took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed.
You can tell how much they truly care about animals, the compassion and professionalism really stand out. The facility is clean, well-organized, and calming, which made a stressful situation so much easier. My pet was treated with such gentleness and respect, and I felt confident they were in excellent hands the entire time.

Bad experience 2x. . My cat had an intestinal blockage due to being constipated (mega colon) was the original diagnosis. The vet did X-ray and showed me how blocked he was and said they can do Enema and send him home with pain medication or keep him overnight to see if anything changes. I could tell they were rushing to leave. In the past when this happened, he needed de-obstibation but they weren’t going to do that. I was in the room waiting while they did enema and it was almost closing because we got there late. We knew the Dr had already left for the night. The vet assistants were laughing and making jokes during the procedure, saying “ewww gross” and giggling. I don’t even think they knew what they were doing. I didn’t think leaving him would help. The bill was around 1,700.00 for Bolus, Xray, pain meds, enema and the gabapentin they sent me home with and another med to help the colon work better. I took him home and he still didn’t poop. Looked like he was in pain :
I took him back 2 days later and they said they needed to hydrate him few hours and try enema and then de-obstibation. He was there all day getting IV fluids. They didn’t start anything until after 8 pm. I brought him in at 11 am!! At 10 they said to come pick him up. The dr came out and said my cat was too fat to remove the stool and showed me the 2nd xray and there wasn’t a change! I had to pay another 1600.00!!! He was so flooded with IV fluid on the way home the poor baby was peeing non stop. We got home at 11 pm and he was having labored breathing, The Grand Canyon vet was closed! I took him to VEG ER. Because he could have died from pulmonary edema. Needless to say, VEG was great and they helped him with the labored breathing and fluid overload but I left that place with another bill over 500.00 and took my cat home still blocked! That Urgent Care Vet never even offered me a partial refund for doing nothing! And almost killing my cat. Do NOT go there. Go to VEG in Stevenson Ranch if your animal needs urgent:emergency care. I took my cat to my vet and they tried an enema and only liquid poop was coming out. Not a single vet was able to help this poor cat. I thought about putting him to sleep. The day before he was going to be euthanized, he passed a huge rock hard poop followed by everything else that was sitting in there. The only reason he survived was because they all hydrated him. After the blockage was gone, I’ve had him on a strict medication regimen and food changes. He is doing good. That was the worst experience ever
