Easy to make an appointment.
Very disappointed that the Great Clips would not accept any of the coupons that I had. It is impossible to find any coupons that are accepted at Great Clips.
Makes me want to return to Supercuts. Or any other salon. Tired of the false advertising.

Have been taking my daughter to the same stylist for years. This time wanted to try somewhere different. Googled salons near me and Great clips came up. Was very happy by the way they answered the phone to the way they greeted us going in. My daughter went to Christi. Which she did a great job listening to what I wanted done for my daughter. Very happy with the haircut she did and will definitely be going back.

Estella gave me the absolute best hair cut, with such amazing service and professionalism! I felt comfortable to ask for what I wanted and super happy with the results! Will definitely be back and worth the drive from LA ❤️
