My wife and I stayed here for two nights while doing a scouting trip in the high desert. It was the closest we could get to LA without having to drive through traffic, and it did the job well. Overall it was a solid, comfortable stay. The king bed was super comfy with soft pillows, and the room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The rooms have good lighting too. Instead of a traditional closet, there’s a wall with hangers behind a curtain. Not a bad alternative, and you still get drawers, a full-length mirror, and a desk. The TV is mounted but sits a little crooked, and the view is of the parking lot which honestly isn’t the worst thing if you want to keep an eye on your car. One heads up for room 221 specifically: there’s a step down into the shower from the bathroom, so if you’re older or prone to injury, watch your footing. Not sure if that’s unique to that room. The AC worked great but doesn’t have a constant fan mode, so it cycles on and off throughout the night. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you’re a light sleeper. Also worth noting that housekeeping is on alternating days, but if you need fresh towels in between they’ll bring them to you on request. The lobby felt a bit dark on arrival, low ceilings didn’t help either. They could probably stand to turn a few more lights on in the evening. Breakfast was good hotel breakfast. The hot bar had mini egg omelettes with peppers and onions, chopped andouille style sausage, and homestyle potatoes. The bagels were soft and fresh, and they had two waffle batters, malted vanilla and red velvet, with both standard and mini waffle makers. Plus an all day coffee station, which is always a win. Saw a lot of families at breakfast so it seems like a great spot for families. They also have a pool and a gym, though we didn’t get a chance to use either. The one thing that frustrated us was the WiFi. It wasn’t fast enough if you wanted to get any work done, and at times didn’t work at all, though this may have just been an issue during our stay. Overall a comfortable stay and a convenient base if you’re trying to avoid LA traffic, but hopefully they can sort out the internet situation.

I stayed here for the first time on January 10, 2025 and I am sorry to say that the manager, George (It appears that the name that I was given may not have been accurate. He was the morning manager. He looked to be black and in his 30's.), could care about the guests and their experiences. I could not believe how little he cared. He was not going to do anything about the fact that our room had issues. The sink was not draining and the toilet was backed up. It was also impossible to get a comfortable temperature to take a nice shower, it was either really hot or really cold. They were booked so, we could not move to another room (we had to tough it out overnight). But, I was told to speak with the manager (I remember being told that his name was George) in the morning. I actually thought that he would be receptive and proactive. I was wrong! Luckily, I was able to call Hilton's corporate office and get the assistance that I should have gotten from him. It was just disappointing. I will not be staying here again!

Great location with so many restaurants/ fast food stands nearby! We didn’t go to Six Flags but did enjoy the nice mountain side feelings! The front desk staff, Kyle, was very friendly and helpful! The only thing we can complain about was that the room has small window and it’s quit dark inside…

An upgraded motel 6…I couldn’t figure out if it smelled like rats and roaches ir some other nasty smell. It also looked and felt like an old assistant living facility. My smelling senses are more heightened than most. The aroma of a nursing home, is what it gave. It smelled like musk or mold….just old. The room was “up to date”. My bed was situated right by the bathroom. Most modern hotels have the bathroom separate from the bedroom. It had a popcorn-ceiling and the height was low. The room was clean but something about the hotel made me feel dirty. The bed was made of steel! If you just need a roof over your head, ok stay here. But if you’re looking for relaxation and comfort , run!

Nice place to stay in LA, specially if you are visiting Universal Studios. We visited Universal and was looking for near by place to stay and staying here was our good decision. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Kids friendly menu, lots of hot items, fruits. Rooms was clean with daily room service. Swimming pool was also open with maintained water temperature. Near by good restaurant.
