I’ve been here with 2 different dogs (a senior, Little Dude and a puppy, Chaos) and the vets, staff and receptionists were fantastic in every way! They are personable with you and your dog too. Thank you Happy Pets team! ❤️

Been coming to this vet for several of our cane corso litters health check up and health certificate. Love coming here and travel from Bakersfield(1-1/2 hours away) for the friendly environment, excellent staff and quality care.
Today we had the worst experience with a staff member name Natalie ( white lady with a British accent). Upon our arrival, she greeted us with a comment about our puppy’s horrible tail doc saying, “poor baby that’s horrible tail doc” with a disgusting attitude and look on her face. Not thinking we were the breeders of the puppy, made us feel not welcomed and not comfortable with her. She then treated us as if she didn’t want to deal with us and felt a bit racism with her attitude. We love this place and hate that we were unwelcome by her. We don’t come for opinions on how we breed and raise puppies, we pay for service and health care for our puppies. Keep it professional. She took our puppy to the back and we paid for ear cleaning and when we got the puppy back, there was still dirt in both her ears. She was given dewormer and her mouth was messy when she was given back. She also double charged us when we asked to have a different staff member help us. We luckily caught it as we looked at the invoice and had a refund. Our health certificate needed to be correct three times. Birth date, age and gender were all wrong. We had other appointments to be at and drove a long way. We provide the health paperwork to our clients and had to correct it twice. This doesn’t look good on our business.

Needed to come here for a Health Certificate for importing a cat to Japan. Dr. Caitlin Seeley did everything she could to answer our questions, check documents, and even ask the USDA specific things we had questions about. Seeley went above and beyond to help us get our friends cat reunited with his owner! Jacob was another staff member who was knowledgeable and awesome too!
I'm happy to say that Sitka is home and happy now thanks to Happy Pets.

My dog Muffin had a dislocated hip and I took her to Happy Pets, where Jackie assisted me in helping her get in right away and scheduling her surgery ASAP. They were able to surgically repair her hip and give her physical therapy with their underwater treadmill. Thanks to Laura and Sarah for working with her and getting her back to her energetic self. She no longer has to use her wheelchair!

This place is an absolute disgrace. They prioritize money over the well-being of your pets. I brought my pet in for a wound that happened within the week and to address an on-and-off GI issue. Despite explaining my concerns repeatedly, Dr. Evelyn Vega failed to document the correct information. Instead of rectifying her mistake, she asked me to bring my dog back in because she couldn't remember. I left work early to accommodate this, only to be told that I needed to pay another $60 to fix her error. I refused to pay for someone else's mistake.
The incompetence doesn't end there—they even got my dog's breed wrong. The staff, especially Jacob, was incredibly rude and defensive over the phone, refusing to provide the vet's name who treated my dog. This place reeks of dishonesty and lack of integrity. Jacklyn, the so-called manager, displayed zero customer service skills and had to run to the back repeatedly to consult the vet on how to answer my questions.
Ultimately, the vet refused to see my dog because I wouldn't pay for her to correct her own mistake. This is how they operate, squeezing money out of their clients to keep the lights on. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. I'm eagerly waiting for them to shut down so a genuine, caring vet can take over. What a complete waste of space.
