I love my hearing aids what I liked was when I bought them they said I could come and get them cleaned and get new filters whenever I want to just drive in and they take care of it. Yesterday I went to go get my hearing aids cleaned and they told me it would be $60 and I quietly declined and asked to buy the rubber pieces and do it myself. When I bought the rubber earpieces that was $10.95 and I was told I had to have exact change if I paid cash it seemed very transactional. I understand they don’t have cash there, but I won’t be going back for anything again. Especially after I was told that I could get my hearing aids cleaned anytime I wanted just walk in. There’s a person there that’s ready to do it.

The staff at Hear USA were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. Desiree was honest about what we needed and did not pressure us to make a purchase that was above our budget. My spouse is thrilled that he can hear again

The first office visit at HearUSA after the diagnosis of hearing decline at Kaiser was pleasant. They were well organized and stayed in touch before the appointment to gather my information and sent friendly reminders regarding my appointment. I am happy that their office is local to where I live.

They accommodated my scheduled and they tried to make my visit as efficient as possible. I told them I needed to be somewhere at a certain time and they really tried to set things up before I arrived so I was done quickly and well in time for my next apptmt. Thank you Stephanie and Desiree.

Front desk personnel was very helpful. She provided insight to my hearing aid warranty and post warranty options. I’m disappointed with HearUSA post warranty support for hearing aid supplies. HearUSA does not offer the supplies for sale. Given what I know today I would have used a different supplier.
