Front desk personnel was very helpful. She provided insight to my hearing aid warranty and post warranty options. I’m disappointed with HearUSA post warranty support for hearing aid supplies. HearUSA does not offer the supplies for sale. Given what I know today I would have used a different supplier.

My nerve went dead in left ear, Kaiser recommended / referred me to HearUSA in Santa Clarita. Evelyn the hearing aid dispenser was kind, and patient she walked me and my husband through all the steps necessary to get the right hearing aid. After a week the hearing aid was ready to be picked up, I picked chocolate brown to match my skin tone, not my hair color for hearing aid color. The hearing aid has an app for my iPhone to control volume along with other options to change settings it’s been a few days but so far it good, still getting used to hearing aid .

I was terribly anxious about getting hearing aids, but from the very moment that Samantha Curry called my name in the waiting room until I left her office with my hearing aids, I was totally put at ease. Samantha's patience, kindness and understanding manner were impressive, indeed. Went for a routine checkup/cleaning. Needed some new earbuds and they gave me a pack of filters free. Very happy with my hearing aids and service.
