What a great experience! The team went out of their way to make sure we were leaving with the car we wanted even though the seat was at the repair shop! They called and asked to expedite the process! Cool vibe and Evan was a great rep! Explained everything thoroughly and made the experience enjoyable. Got the family a safe vehicle! Thank you!

I was previously stoked about purchasing my car from Hello Mazda of Valencia, but after empty promise after empty promise from Evan, Chris, and Randy I’ve lost all respect for this place.
I was made promises about getting little things fixed, they were not fixed before picking up the vehicle.
I was promised a certain vehicle and I even had the VIN, when it came to signing the paperwork it was another car with another VIN and an additional 20,000 miles on the odometer.
I was promised the little things to be done in service, 1 out of 3 things were fixed. (Thank you for the new steering wheel) The other 2 issues were scheduled to be fixed at the same time as the steering wheel, and were not taken care of.
I was promised these issues to be handled by Randy. He did not, and has not picked up or returned any of my multiple phone calls.
I was promised by Chris (one of the sales managers) that he would handle my issues for me. He never texted me like he said he would, and I haven’t heard anything from him.
Also when signing paperwork they added roughly $3500 in service and warranty coverages to my purchase, luckily this is refundable. But the fact that Evan had to drive from Valencia to Long Beach for me to sign this paper work made me feel forced into signing the paperwork with the $3500 in extra stuff I won’t use. I also have 0 paperwork that I even bought this car, all they gave me was the window sticker and my bank provided me the info on the loan.
The car is great, Evan was friendly and informed, but every single interaction I’ve had with anyone who works at Hello Mazda of Valencia has been let down after let down and this makes the whole experience so terrible.
Please beware before you purchase a used vehicle from this place. It’s not a fun experience.
(The photos show the headrest that wasn’t repaired, and the wheels that weren’t repaired. The wheels all look like silver spray paint was spackled all over them. )

I bought a used Tesla last week from these folks. Scott Weinberg was my guy and took care of me from start to finish. He drives a Tesla and knows these cars inside and out. I had never driven one before until this and he taught me a lot. I highly recommend this dealership. The facility itself is top notch and feels like a high end dealership. Henry the sales manager was a great guy and to be honest, everyone I interacted with at this location, were just nice people. I get it they're trying to sell me a car, but they are polite, classy and respectful and you never feel like they are trying to work you like so many dealerships. It was a great experience from start to finish for me. Not to mention they gave me a great deal because I can be a pain in the backside, but in a nice way lol. Thanks Scott and Henry and the entire staff for a great experience. I will be back in the future and will refer anyone who needs a car, because this is what car buying should be like. Bravo!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our son’s first vehicle at Hello Mazda Valencia! Our salesperson, Ethan, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory. He was very patient and helpful while we were selecting the best vehicle for our new driver. His sales manager Chris was super helpful in making the process so easy.
