I am a Hilton honors member, I have stayed in many Hilton across the u.s. we have 8 family members with us. We spent the day at magic mountain. we check in at the Hilton. the key machine wasn't working no problem they came opened all 3 rooms for us. Yes had got 3 rooms. Frankie and the nice lady who was working was very professional and friendly.
Every Hilton I have ever stayed at offers free breakfast not this one. for the exact same food we usually get for free they charge 23.99 that is in sane. it is not worth that price. When I check in I ask if they have free breakfast they said yes maybe they misunderstood what I asked.
I have 3 rooms 8 people that. They couldn't even give discounts on the breakfast at 23.99 not worth it at all.

Nice place and great location but the hot tub was luke warm (approx 70-75 degrees F) which was a real bummer. If you're booking for that specific amenity, look elsewhere.

Location to six flags and other convenient locations is a 5
Service is a 3. We were checked in as somebody else with the same last name because the representative didn’t pay attention to both IDs that were presented to them. They saw the last name and assume we were that guest. Then they charged our card as a no call no show. When we were there. Although, it worked out in the end and we got refunded it was not worth having an issues while on vacation. Which is unfortunate. The director of operations worked out the issue and was polite and understanding about their mistake.
The rooms were as expected.they were not bad or gross. Presentation was well.
The pool and hot tub was not up to par.

We stayed at this hotel expecting a secure environment, but unfortunately, our experience was far from that. We parked our U-Haul truck in the parking lot overnight, and the next morning we found the lock had been broken and our brand-new TV was stolen.
When we brought this to the hotel’s attention, there was no accountability or support offered. It was extremely disappointing to see the lack of security measures in place and the complete unwillingness to help or even express concern.
If you're traveling with valuable items or moving, I would not recommend staying here. The area does not feel secure, and the hotel takes no responsibility for thefts that occur on their property.
Definitely not the experience we expected or deserved.

We are so sad to report this. This used to be a fantastic place in the area to stay in. Unfortunately they must of changed ownership or management and now hire the rudest people to check you in. The man behind the desk was not the previous staff that was nice. This guy acts like he was angry that we were bothering him to check in and said “I cannot guarantee you a clean or quiet room” Really? Wow. Last time for us we have a lot of times before and now we need to look elsewhere. Bummer. I suggest if you appreciate friendly service pick anyplace else.
