AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Used to be a great property until it was bought by BRIGHTON MANAGEMENT in 2022. They have turned it into a very low-rent property.
We would stay here every year for a winter-time Magic Mountain trip. I'll never stay again after this final visit.
If you book on Expedia, Priceline or through any other Online Travel Agent, they will charge you for parking upon check-in. The hotel website shows that parking if a FREE, and part of the amenities. I only stumbled across this because I was looking to see what time breakfast started.
Apparently, they want the advertising from Hotels.com, Expedia, etc. to bring them business, but then make the guest pay the commission out of their own pocket under the guise of $15/day parking. NEVER seen this scam before, unbelievably deceptive and unethical. You are directly paying their advertising budget if you stay here. Gross.
Breakfast is now $24 - used to be a free continental affair.
Oh, and the complimentary shuttle that would take you up to Magic Mountain and even pick you up? Long gone.
They also don't make up the room or change towels. Awesome.
Toiletries were more akin to dishsoap - bring your own unless you want to ruin your hair. Towels feel like 80 grit sandpaper.
Bugs in the shower, a leaky shower valve that dripped all night and a toilet that would clog if you looked at it wrong.
Lots of noise in the hallways and upstairs all night. Much different clientele than the last time we stayed.
This place has gone downhill dramatically under new ownership. Hard pass. I'd rather stay somewhere nicer and take a Lyft to the front entrance.

Fast check in and restaurant open late. The room was very nice and the bathtub was very large. Comfy bed and the ability to use our streaming services on the tv. Very close to Six Flags so that was nice after a long day at the park.

This location as as convenient as it could possibly get to Magic Mountain. Additionally, they offer a clean and safe property with comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a great breakfast option.
The staff is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and really go the extra mile for customer service. We left an important item behind and Roy Rodriguez, their awesome front office supervisor went above and beyond in helping us get it back quickly! It was so great to call the property and immediately have a helpful and kind human pick up the phone and immediately be ready to help. As a Lifetime Diamond member, we have visited lots of Hilton properties and it is rare to find locations ran as well as this one. We truly enjoyed our stay and thanks again for all the help...even outside of our stay.

A solid stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Valencia. The on-site laundry facilities and complimentary parking were essential for our trip. The proximity to the adjacent McDonald's also simplified quick meal options. While it was the best-priced hotel in the immediate area, the overall value for money could be better.

this was amazing, I came here on my trip to six flags and this place was perfect,
I got up in the morning for breakfast and chef was phenomenal, he made bacon, eggs, pancakes whatever you asked for. this place also has views of six flags nearby, and it also has a pool, keep up the stellar work!
