I normally don't do reviews online, but the stress relief I got from this company prompted one. Home Instead came to rescue when I needed last minute help with my elderly mother. I am extremely happy with the service I received from the Company and from the caregiver selected for my situation. They gladly worked around my schedule. I highly recommend this company.

We had a family member at Oakmont of Valencia, in their memory care unit. They were completely neglected there and not being properly fed or taken to the toilet. We hired Home Instead and they were literally life-savers.
Charlene was a God-send, helping us organize schedules and meds. We used them for over a year and came to know Karla, Patty, and Elva very personally. When I couldn't be with my loved one, they were protective and warm and my family came to love them and trust them very much. It gave us peace of mind knowing that someone was advocating for our family member in our absence.

When my parents moved in with us and needed more care, Home Instead was truly wonderful. Charlene sat down with us and listened and worked with us to develop a care plan for both of my parents. Our caregiver, Stephanie, became a special part of our family. They have such attention to detail and everything was done with such patience and love. As my parents physically and cognitively declined, Stephanie always treated them with respect and found common ground to engage them mentally, socially, and physically. We cannot thank Home Instead enough for giving my parents such a wonderful quality of life.

Home Instead had been a blessing to my mom as well as our family ! Without the help of their professional staff we would have had to place our mom in a home for care. Knowing that she is being cared for and assisted by such caring staff has taken such a burden off our minds. Anyone who is looking for a Caregiver for their loved ones would be doing themselves a huge favor by reaching out to Home Instead !
