Marcelle was totally unprofessional and unresponsive. It was a year of ongoing issues and I ended up wasting a lot of energy and time and finally needed to go to someone else. So bad it wa like she ghosted, terrible experience and tax matters are suppose to be the most important matters to tend to!

The fees they charge to file your taxes is OUTRAGEOUS!! My state & fed refund added together was not much. I have filed with them before. I was charged $337 for filing fees. I will not be filing with H & R block EVER AGAIN!!

I highly recommend the H&R Block office in Valencia! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lori, who made our first experience filing taxes with a professional smooth and stress-free. Lori exceeded our expectations and saved us a significant amount of time, money, and anxiety. We received expert guidance and were able to file our taxes on time. Anuradha was completely unprofessional to me - I don’t ever want to come to this location cause of her - first I set up an appointment at 9:00AM she called saying she needed to reschedule at 9:30 I did not confirm and waited for her call she called almost ten minutes after 9:30, to only ask me if she can call me back two hours from now.
I ask her why she couldn’t keep her appointment she said she just got to the office and was settling in , I said she can contact me anytime after 1 she than says I am having a short day today how about tomorrow?
She was completely unprofessional and hope to never bump into such an unprofessional in H&R Block again. Some people have appointments and agenda to keep for her to be so liberal about her appointments setting process.
