I didn’t have a very pleasant experience here. The first room I tried checking in to hadn’t been cleaned, and still had trash and laundry from the previous guest. Despite this, the staff member at the front desk was able to help check me into a new room and was generally helpful. The room service meal I ordered was not very good, and the internet/wifi connection is well below the quality of other hotels in the area. Location is nice but I would generally look for other options around town.

Service and staff are excellent. Food and morning buffet were excellent. However this property lacks basic maintenance. Filter at the ice machine is leaking and moldy. People use this stuff for their drinks! Asked for ice at the bar and there's similar black materials my son noticed after he used it in a white cup. I'm guessing they're not replacing their filters regularly. Also the sink and tub in bathroom in the room have constant drips. The insult really though is the charging station in the garage: a 120 volt outlet. Not sure who they partnered with but they couldn't install a basic 220? I understand it's free but I'd pay for any basic supercharging station instead of having to drive a mile out. Don't think I'll be back here until things change!

I gave this 3 stars because while the rooms are nice and the hotel itself is in a great location, the staff leaves a bit to be desired. When I first checked in, the two girls behind the desk were chitchatting away while I stood there waiting to be checked in. I finally said to another staff member walking by, "is this where I check in??" One of girls then acknowledged me, while the other just walked off. I asked if the kitchen was open as I'd been flying all day, and she responded with, "I guess." 🙄
Hyatt better train their front line to do a better job, as that's the first impression to this seasoned traveler, and while I liked the hotel and the location, I'd think twice about staying here again.
I must say, though, that the conference manager is excellent and helped me find my trade show items, so kudos to her!

Our experience during the recent stay at Hyatt regency Valencia. The reception check in was not at all warm, I guess the pressure due to short staff during Christmas holidays, Ice machine not functional, House keeping was not available, they never replaced the water bottles next day, coffee cups were missing the second day, mirrors in the room had bruises of stains, light in the bathroom kept flickering, the coffee machine was never cleaned as the coffee shot from the previous use was still in the machine, towels were smelly. Also a used water bottle of the previous guest was left in the fridge. Not at all Hyatt standard. Hope they get better as we mostly stay at Hyatts only.

My husband, our son and I stayed two nights.
We chose this hotel because it is close to Six Flags and the area is nice.
Low rating due to the fact that our room was not serviced (Also...the shower cap envelope was empty, the small mirror in the bathroom didn't work, the room service menu was sticky)
Housekeeping was on our floor the morning we left for the day. We were literally gone from 10 am - 10pm
