The location of this hotel is excellent—right in the heart of Valencia with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the property itself misses the mark when it comes to upkeep and comfort and is badly in need of a renovation.
While my room was generally clean, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and sagged noticeably in the middle. On my last day, I removed the sheets and discovered a large stain on the mattress, which was honestly gross and unacceptable for a property at this level.
That said, the staff truly shines. The front desk and restaurant teams are amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. They are absolutely what make this hotel redeeming and deserve recognition. Parking is also easy and convenient with the attached garage.
The gym, however, is very disappointing for a hotel of this size and brand.
I would consider staying here again only after a full renovation and replacement of the beds. Based on this experience, I would not currently recommend this property.

Fantastic Hotel!
Professional customer service, luxurious rooms, great breakfast, relaxing pool and spa, and location is perfect!! Literally 1 minute from Starbucks, Chipotle and an entire mall!!
Christina was beyond helpful and truly showed her appreciation and the companies appreciation for their loyalty members when making our reservation.
Cherry on top: very charismatic and polite main hotel door man!! Don’t remember his name, but Awesome guy!
Thanks and see you all very soon!

The shower pressure was low, and the bed smelled like bleached sheets! Some hotels don’t have such strong odors, but these ones made my face feel dry. The rooms were open, and the entrance and location were beautiful. My room had a cute balcony that I loved. It rained for a few minutes, which was nice. Sliding doors were very hard to move, by the way. You could also see the pool and palm trees, which were beautiful. They didn’t have a microwave, which I thought was odd. I did look, though. The service was good, and they didn’t have any extra blankets either, so I called downstairs, and they brought one up. However, because the shower pressure was ridiculously low, I couldn’t get warm, and my feet were freezing until I finally fell asleep.
I would stay there again but hope other rooms have better water pressure that was a big issue for me.
Now they had may Resturant there within walking distance and beautiful from outside too.

Easy check in from friendly staff. Parking is easy, close. Location is good with lots of dining options within walking distance. Room was clean, good sized, and with comfortable beds. Easy check out as well. Our go to hotel to stop to break up a long trip to the LA area.

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this hotel. It’s well located, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. However, the room’s acoustics were terrible — one morning I woke up to a couple arguing next door, and on another, to loud laughter from neighboring guests.
The service was also disappointing. Our room went two days without being cleaned. We woke up a bit later, and even after requesting housekeeping personally at the front desk, the cleaning was never done.
Breakfast was poor, and the service extremely slow. The à la carte menu is overpriced, and the buffet is so weak that it’s not even worth your time.
To make matters worse, one night there was a homeless person sleeping inside the parking garage elevator, which made us feel unsafe.
Overall, the location is the only truly positive point. Everything else needs significant improvement.
