I stopped by IHOP in Canyon Country and ordered the Colorado Omelet.
I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first. Mixing beef, ham, sausage, and bacon sounded like it might be over the top. I was completely wrong. It turned out to be one of the best omelets I’ve ever had, and I do not say that lightly. I’ve had omelets all over the world.
The balance was perfect. There was just enough egg and cheese to hold everything together without overwhelming the meats.
Every bite was flavorful and hearty without feeling greasy or heavy.
It also came with pancakes, which were good, but honestly, I couldn’t even finish them. The omelet alone was more than enough food. The portion size at this location is generous.
Our server, Leticia, was a delight. She was attentive, gracious, and made the whole experience even better.
The syrups are all on table, unlike the IHOPs in L.A., where they have to be asked for...
Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area.

We recently visited IHOP (with the 'Y'!)🤪 and had a fantastic breakfast. I ordered the Rooty Tooty Fresh 'n Fruity, which was delicious, and my wife enjoyed the classic French toast with eggs, bacon, and sausage. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, including the restrooms, which is always a plus.
The service was outstanding – our food arrived within 15-20 minutes, and the coffee was hot and fresh. Everything came out piping hot, which we appreciate. The entire experience was very positive. We'll definitely be back for another breakfast soon!

Long drive? Stopped by the international house of pancakes. Why is it international? Maybe?
Order
Egg Whit Omelette: really yummy, the tomatoes and spinach was pleasantly well seasoned.
French Toast: it was ok, nothing over the top.
Chocolate chip pancakes: not good. My son stomached only half.
Look I know it’s a chain restaurant but to mean to have a chain business means practicing standards. They got the service and cleanliness down. Let work on the recipes.

The gluten free pancakes at this location were the best that I’ve ever had at any IHOP. Service was very accommodating and kind, it was like 8pm so it was pretty empty and quiet. The Christmas vibes were fun and who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner? Definitely recommend this IHOP!

Didn’t give me syrup/butter or any forks to eat my pancakes with. What a great waitress/server to who ever packed this. You clearly have great critical thinking skills, promote them to manager!
