Great service! Chris was great and very professional. Kept me in the know of my vehicle and what I needed. The tech went over my vehicle and let Chris know what I needed to have done. I left there very satisfied 😌. My car runs great. Infinity is my go to place. If I need repairs are just an oil change. Thank you infinity.

I had the best experience at Infiniti of Valencia. They have a huge selection at better prices. They’re really nice. I was lucky to have Gonzo help me out. Ray, Ben and Eric were also super helpful. Gonzo was great, he worked to get me exactly what I wanted. They detailed my car and put new tires, and took care of everything I needed. The service here is Top notch!

GO SEE THEM!!! Infiniti of Valencia is a great place to buy a car! Eric, the sales manager, was awesome in making the process easy. He took the time to understand my needs, and found the right car for me and my family. He worked quickly, efficiently, and diligently to get me in and out. OK I question the positive comments about Ray. He was incredibly rude from start to finish. The only reason I'm giving the one star is for the professionalism of Jovanny. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. We left immediately and went to Toyota, what a difference in customer service and they doubled the offer for our used car.
