I got food poisoning from Mike's Philly Cheese steak. Ate it at 10am, started feeling off by 1pm. Got extremely nauseated and started throwing up at 5pm or so. Was extremely sick, all night, couldn't eat or drink anything. Woke up the next morning fatigued but able to drink water. Makes me think 100% it was food poisoning and not flu or a stomach bug since it cleared up so quick. I wouldn't be writing this if I wasn't sure it was food poisoning. Idk if I can ever eat at another Jersey Mike's after this.

Food is always reliable. Service on the other hand, ordered on the app., wasn’t ready till 20 minutes after the app. Said pick up time. It would have been quicker to just wait in line. They seemed to be in a rush and short handed. Not the first time it happed at this location, Will not be visiting this location again.

I ordered a sandwich online today on wheat bread and I got it and it was on white bread and I didn’t realize until I got home and it was too late since they are almost closing now. I’m a diabetic so having the right bread is critical to my health. Supposed to be my cheat meal. A little disappointed. A little disappointed in the service as well. I walked in and asked for my order and the guy just turned the bag over and I confirmed it was mine and he handed it to me with attitude. I get it. It’s a long day and you’re almost done with the work day but still can be polite. I’ve always had a wonderful experience at jersey mikes but not today. :(

Cold sandwich (Turkey and provolone) was very good on a hot day. Service was very polite and made sure to get our orders right. It was clean as well.

If you used to sit outside at Jersey Mikes on bouquet that evidently is not happening now. We arrived at 12:40 my husband myself and a dog and I asked about the tables and they said oh they couldn’t decide whether to put them out or not so they’re locked up in the back. Now whether we have the dog with us or not, we like to sit outside I prefer the fresh air when it is nice and warm and a beautiful day to being inside so three bikers also were behind us and left because there were no tables outside. So I’m probably not visiting at least this Jersey Mikes anymore.
