The owner is a good man and I trust him with any repairs I will need in the future. I called to ask how much it would be to glue a pearl back onto an earring post and he told me I could just do it myself with some epoxy from Hobby Lobby. I think most business owners would try to get as much out of you as possible but not him, he might be one of the few honest business owners left in this world. I still went in to get it fixed by him because I didn’t trust myself since I’ve had bad experiences working with epoxy in the past and he did a phenomenal job and was very quick and also very kind about the price. Definitely did a way cleaner job than if I had done it myself. If I could give him more stars I would.

Edmund is a true gentleman. I put a ring on hold with a $300 deposit almost 2 years ago.... I totally forgot about it and they could have easily taken the money and "re-sold" it. They called me and let me know its been there and have been trying to get ahold of me, AND still honored the price of our original deal. Even though the price of gold has gone up substantially. Can't find honesty like that very often anymore. Expesualy in the jewelry business. Thank you Edmund, I will be back.

I strongly recommend anyone needing repairs to go to jewelry FIXX. My mom is 95 and needed her glasses fixed, and they were gracious!

Wow! The owner of the store is such a good man. He fixed my mother's watch and he did it for a reasonable price. Plus, He gave us 2 years warranty. I take all of my watch and jewelry business here now.
