I didn't know that Jiffy Lube, could do full services on vehicles, so I was quite pleased when I was able to do business with one of the local small companies and not have to go to a Dealership. Plus Rolando kept me informed about what was needed and the cost. The service was very pleasant and there was a room for me to sit and wait, so I didn't have to leave my car there all day, Plus I didn't need to make an appointment. Great service. What I like is that they let you know what you car need and the coming service ot needs. They don't pressure you to get the service you don't need like other places.. this is y I keep coming here.

The oil change service didn’t have the required oil brand, so they used a different one. I requested a tire rotation, but they only swapped the front tires with the rear ones. Last time, it was done in a crisscross pattern. They also didn’t have the filter that needed to be replaced, which I would have to order and wait for. Very unprofessional service. The tire pressure didn’t meet the standard. And crazy price

Excellent service, called in before to make sure they had the right spark plugs, and they said they could have them in 30 minutes, which they did. Saved a bundle over the dealership!
