Ronaldo at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond. My daughter came in for a simple fluid check, and he caught extremely low coolant and a faulty fan clutch, something another mechanic missed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure she understood what was going on. Honest, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Really grateful for his care.

He topped off my coolant, took the time to figure out what was actually going on, and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. Ronaldo provided outstanding service. He took the time to perform the oil change, thoroughly check the car, instead of rushing through the visit. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend asking for Ronaldo if you stop by!

This place says it opens at 8 a.m. on Sundays, but I arrived on a Sunday at 8:17 a.m. and the location was still closed with no one on site and no answer when I call. I even waited until 8:30 a.m. in case they were running late, but no door opened.
Unless this location unexpectedly closed for good, this is NOT acceptable and a HUGE waste of time.

The oil change service didn’t have the required oil brand, so they used a different one. I requested a tire rotation, but they only swapped the front tires with the rear ones. Last time, it was done in a crisscross pattern. They also didn’t have the filter that needed to be replaced, which I would have to order and wait for. Very unprofessional service. The tire pressure didn’t meet the standard. And crazy price
