Today I wanna share the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.
Before hitting up Kia Valencia, I went to another Kia spot, and man, I got treated like total crap. They judged me for wearing simple clothes, assuming I couldn't afford a car. I was totally dismissed, felt like I was just some 'curious' browser wasting their time. I left feeling invisible, def a bummer.
But Valencia? Whole different vibe. The minute I walked in, I was met with respect, attention, and genuine kindness. And I gotta shout out one person who made this whole thing unforgettable: Mia.
They didn’t have the exact car and color I wanted on the lot. Most salespeople woulda just been like, 'We don't got it,' and tried to sell me somethin' else. But Mia did something totally unexpected, I swear: she literally drove all the way to another dealership in Ventura! She left Santa Clarita just to pick up my exact car, the right color.
That gesture alone shows her level of commitment and care for customers. That ain’t normal, it’s rare. That’s real professionalism.
Mia didn’t judge me on my looks or my clothes; she treated me like a human being. With empathy, patience, warmth, and dedication you just don't see anymore. I left the dealership emotional, super happy, and grateful. Felt like my early Christmas gift—a beautiful car, exactly how I wanted it, and an experience I’ll remember forever.

We had such a great experience at Hello Kia in Valencia! Mia and her team made everything super easy and stress-free from start to finish. The whole process went so smoothly, no pressure at all, and everyone was friendly and helpful. We absolutely love our new car and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Contacted them through email earlier last week, after also doing so with other kia dealerships in the area. Ended up working with the wonderful Daisy Medina. Unlike the other dealerships, they did not play games with me, were very straight forward and to the point, and gave me an out the door price when I asked. When I showed up I was ready to have to haggle to get all the extra b.s. dealerships try to push on to the vehicle that end up adding extra thousands to the price taken off. Turns out they do not add anything extra, so you don't have to haggle that part, and if you do want the extra stuff, it's way cheaper than the stuff I was seeing on other car dealership prices. Daisy Medina was wonderful to work with, and she answered the majority of my questions before I could even ask them. Did a great job getting me set up and showing me the ins and outs of the car I was looking for. Tha ks to her, I drove away in a new 2026 Sportage SX- prestige for a over all price i found worth it, as well as payment options that were pretty good as well. I will be recommending Hello Kia to my friends, and hopefully bring more business to Daisy.

We had made a Appointment with Mia L. She greeted us and helped us from start to finish. Her and Gabriel were such a big help with purchasing our Ford truck, they answered all our questions and helped us make the best decision. Amazing customer service, we were so grateful, we recommend this place and their amazing staff.
