From the minute I walked in the door and was promptly greeted by Arlynne, to the minute Johnathan handed me my new car keys, my experience at Hello Kia was flawless!
Arlynne was immediately friendly and informative, and printed me an entire packet, including the carfax, for the car I came in interested in (this was before she even knew I would buy or not). She was transparent and even explained it was end of her shift and introduced me to who would take over for her, so that I was comfortable and understood.
Johnathan took his time, explained every single question I had, or admitted he wasn't sure and went and found the answer. I respect that a lot. There was no rushing me, I was given more than several options on how to buy/finance, and even when I had to reschedule and come back another day, Johnathan made sure he would be available.
Even the sales manager, Andrea, took time to meet me, answer my questions, give me advice and options, even though she was busy!
I feel like I was able to put a decent amount down, get a decent APR, and have a tolerable monthly payment. They even detailed and gassed up the car before I left :)
Overall, I would feel comfortable buying from them again, or getting other services they offer done there, and I suggest you at least try Hello Kia out while you are car shopping. They take the pressure off of and pain out of car buying :)

I can't begin to express my gratitude to Hello Kia of Valencia staff for their excellent service and care. Andrea and Sabrina provided me with an unbelievable experience. They really made me feel valued and went above and beyond what they really needed to. Thank you both so much and thank you to the rest of the staff who welcomed me so warmly. I love my Optima!

Arlene was an amazing human, she greeted us with a heartfelt smile and energy that surpassed any of the 6 other dealership we visited. She listened to what my daughter needs were and drove up with the perfect car. This young lady was not pushy. I have to tell you this was probably my favorite experience in buying cars.

I was able to negotiate a great deal on a new 2024 EV9 via email from Central California. We had a nice Amtrak adventure to SoCal to pick it up. Once at the dealership Nico made the paperwork signing easy. He then guided us through the Kia Access App and familiarized us with the spaceship’s cockpit controls. Overall a fine experience.

Alexandra the service advisor did a pretty good job today. The dealership I think needs improvement specially the restroom. I got KIA EV6 GT Line recently, and got to go there for service recall twice. Overall, so far I am enjoying my car and hopefully they were able to fixed the ICCU for good.
