We had two of our machines sent here for a deep clean, they came back looking brand new! They were responsive and confirmed when they received and sent our machine back to us. In the past we used to have to rent an extra machine while waiting for our deep cleaning but this was so quick! Our friend referred us to their company since we just moved to California and we love the ease, look forward to doing more buisness with them. This is the only place anyone in California anyone should get there water from! Tony and his wife are an amazing team! They have taken care of my son and I for many years and I’m so grateful that I know them! They are innovative and keep up on the stuff that matters!! WATER!!! I have the best water system in the world and my son and I have had our health improved exponentially! Thank you both ❤️❤️❤️

I purchased a Kangen water filtration system with an initial investment of $5,000, expecting premium water quality and long-term reliability. Despite changing the filters annually as instructed, the water began tasting awful just two years in.
Kwench, part of my upline in this multi-level marketing setup, referred me to a technician for home visits. He replaced the filters and cleaned the machine several times, but the issue persisted.
After escalating the matter to Kwench, the owner, Tony, recommended installing a reverse osmosis system — costing me an additional $600. That, too, failed to resolve the problem.
Tony eventually came to disconnect the system, but it was evident he lacked proper experience. Water leaked all over my floors and down the hallway as he carried the machine out. I had to follow up to find out when the unit was ready. It was finally picked up today — missing parts.
I’ve gone back and forth between the company, their techs, and the store, only to be left with disappointment, water damage, and wasted money.
My advice: Don’t buy this system. Save yourself the hassle, the stress, and the thousands of dollars. There are much better, more dependable filtration systems available.
