4.5 stars. Extremely clean, stayed for three nights. It's an excellent remodel of a mid age hotel. Everything smelled fresh and clean, even after the third day. One of the few hotels I've been comfortable barefoot in the room. No sticky residue on tile floors. The soaps felt high end, rinsed clean without residue or drying.
Did not care for the breakfast, see below under food section.
They appear to have a generous pet policy, from what we saw, the pet owners were respectful and had their animals well controlled. Did not use the pool and hot tub, however checked it out and was sparkling clean and warm pool.

Love this place! Super close to Magic Mountain. Elevators are convenient for the top floor. Overall super clean-rooms, bathroom, lobby, breakfast area and outdoor pool patio. My husband and I both agree that the beds were so comfortable. We all slept well. This is a dog friendly hotel with nice grassy area. Will keep this place in mind if we bring our fur baby with us. Breakfast options were great and we left happy. Will definitely return!

We were traveling to Palm Springs with our two pups in tow. We needed an overnight spot that could accommodate our fur kids. This hotel is vey clean, staff always very accommodating and friendly. The bonus, your stay includes a very nice breakfast. Not just tour usual muffin and coffee, they really go all out. Highly recommend a stay here! The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the cleaner that they use (Fabuloso??) is soooo strong it almost made it unbearable. Seemed to mellow out over time or we got used to it. All in all it was great. I’m just really sensitive to cleaning products and their smells.

This is a great budget-friendly spot to stay. I have stayed here on three separate occasions. The whole place is very clean and quiet. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds are comfortable. The soaps and shampoos are all very nice. The fitness center and hot tub are great. I didn't use the pool but it looks nice. I appreciate the water bottle fill in the fitness room. The breakfast is your standard hotel breakfast-eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, diy waffles. I'm not a huge hotel breakfast fan but I enjoyed my banana and the coffee is good. I've enjoyed my stays there very much.

I am writing to formally report a very disturbing incident that occurred at your La Quinta hotel on December 25, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM.
My family and I had a confirmed reservation and arrived expecting a safe and welcoming environment. Instead, we experienced an extremely upsetting interaction with a front desk employee named Vincent. His behavior was verbally aggressive, hostile, and highly unprofessional. At no point did anyone in my family provoke or attack him in any way.
The employee appeared shaky, erratic, aggressive and he verbally assaulted us while we were simply trying to check in. He made comments that they do not honor any type of accommodation and that it’s an AI chat and not a real communication with the hotel, which made no sense His conduct made us feel unsafe and threatened, to the point where my daughter became extremely frightened and feared for her safety because of him yelling and aggressive behavior As a parent, this was unacceptable and deeply distressing.
Because of this incident, we did not feel safe remaining at the property. No guest—especially families with children—should ever be subjected to this type of behavior by hotel staff he calls himself Vincent
I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated and that the corporate office be made aware that this type of conduct toward guests is not acceptable under any circumstances. I would also appreciate confirmation that appropriate corrective action will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of future guests.
