Great location right by the freeway, many restaurants, shopping, Sixflags, and walking trails. We were very impressed at how clean the room and hotel felt. We had just come from another and it was night and day difference. This one was exceptional! Large rooms that were very tidy and clean. Only thing that felt a little dirty was the couch which seemed like it needed to have its cushions cleaned. Very large parking lot with easy access. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and great temperature. The breakfast was pretty good. Bacon one day and Canadian bacon the next with eggs and pancakes. Also have waffle makers everyday. Juice was flavorful and toaster worked great. No real complaints. Staff was very friendly in helping us check in and they did have a packnplay for babies.

The location was convenient and the room itself was clean, which I appreciated after a long drive.
That said, the pet fee situation was frustrating. La Quinta advertises a reasonable $35 pet fee with a $75 maximum, but I was charged the higher amount with no explanation. I stayed one night with one exceptionally well-behaved, non-shedding dog. If the policy is to charge the maximum regardless of stay length or pet, that should be made clear up front.
Check-in was also not great. The woman who checked me in was curt and didn’t explain where my room was located, breakfast details, or anything else useful. I was not warned about my key card demagnetizing if it got too close to my phone — which somehow is still a thing — and was then locked out and had to walk back to the desk with my hands full. The gentleman who had taken over the desk at that point was very polite and helpful and explained the demagnetization issue to me.
The air conditioner also wouldn’t stay on, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
Overall: decent location and clean rooms, but inconsistent service, unclear fees, and basic comfort issues made this stay more irritating than it needed to be.

Love this place! Super close to Magic Mountain. Elevators are convenient for the top floor. Overall super clean-rooms, bathroom, lobby, breakfast area and outdoor pool patio. My husband and I both agree that the beds were so comfortable. We all slept well. This is a dog friendly hotel with nice grassy area. Will keep this place in mind if we bring our fur baby with us. Breakfast options were great and we left happy. Will definitely return!

Very comfortable beds in a clean, attractive bedroom with mini-fridge and small microwave. Breakfast was just ok -- options of sausage patty, spicy potatoes, thin egg patties, cute little waffles, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, apple or orange. Price for the night was a bit less than for similar rooms at other chains.
Overall happy we stayed here.

This is a great budget-friendly spot to stay. I have stayed here on three separate occasions. The whole place is very clean and quiet. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds are comfortable. The soaps and shampoos are all very nice. The fitness center and hot tub are great. I didn't use the pool but it looks nice. I appreciate the water bottle fill in the fitness room. The breakfast is your standard hotel breakfast-eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, diy waffles. I'm not a huge hotel breakfast fan but I enjoyed my banana and the coffee is good. I've enjoyed my stays there very much.
