Larsen's Steakhouse truly delivered an unforgettable dining experience that exceeded all expectations. As someone who appreciates the finer things in life when it comes to dining, I can confidently say that Larsen's deserves a spot on any food lover's must-visit list.
Starting off our meal, we indulged in the seafood tower, which was nothing short of spectacular. It was a work of art, perfectly arranged with the freshest ocean offerings one could imagine. From succulent shrimp to briny oysters, and topped with mouth-watering lobster, each bite was a testament to the chef's commitment to quality and freshness. It set the tone for an extraordinary culinary journey.
For the main course, my husband and I decided to share the Wagyu rib eye, a decision we certainly didn't regret. Cooked to perfection, the meat was tender and flavorful, practically melting in our mouths with each bite. The marbling of the Wagyu enhanced its richness, making it a meal to remember. The steak was a highlight and lived up to its reputation, making it worth every penny.
As it was my birthday, the experience was made even more special with a delightful surprise from the restaurant— a complimentary butter cake. Decadent and perfectly balanced with a rich buttery flavor, it was the perfect sweet note to conclude the evening. The gesture added a personal touch that made my birthday celebration feel truly special.

Pleasant, consistent food, great happy hour, great piano playing. We started with negronis and Martinis. We had the caprese salad which was fabulous and the sauteed mushrooms along with the ribeye steak. We couldn't be happier. One of the best steakhouses we've been to on the West Coast.

Our server Andrew was great very kind and attentive.
However, I will say going to an establishment that is coined as a more premium experience you have a higher expectation overall.
It took quite a while for someone to greet us once we were seated. We eventually had a young lady come up and offer us water. It was long enough though to where I actually told my wife if someone doesn’t come up in 60 seconds we are going across the street to Salt Creek.
My wife had the Jidori Chicken which was so dry you could barely cut through it. I didn’t believe her and tried myself and it was quite shocking. Gordon Ramsey wouldn’t have even entertained taking one more bite.
We also shared the jalepeno Mac n cheese which was outstanding. The flavor, texture, and quality was amazing.
I had the 8 oz filet raw which was cooked to perfection and I couldn’t have asked for a better steak.
Overall, it had the unfortunate reality of living up to the stereotypical Santa Clarita restaurant. A mid experience and worth it to drive a little further out of town if you’re going to pay for a quality meal.
