I recently purchased a 2025 Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of Valencia for my 17 year old daughter, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
From the moment I arrived, Gary Casas, my sales associate, was incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful. He made the entire process smooth and comfortable, answering my questions thoroughly and guiding me every step of the way.
I also had the opportunity to meet Zachary Hansen, the sales manager, who took the time to address additional questions I had with transparency and care. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Kathy Cong walked me through the contract process clearly and efficiently, making everything easy to understand.
At delivery, I was introduced to the store manager, Hiram, who, along with the rest of the team, ensured my daughter and I were fully set up with our new vehicle. They helped pair my daughter's mobile device, explained key features, and made sure we felt confident before driving off the lot.

After moving to the Santa Clarita Valley, we were hesitant to switch service centers.
