I am sharing this to supervisor of Valencia Lexus. I don’t know how they train the workers after two months. I pick up my car actually my wife pick up the car and today morning I was in the car wash. I try to add a water for windshield , I saw this one unbelievable I sharing all the picture and I’m returning the car to the dealer to fix this. Unbelievable job. Honestly, this is the worst thing happend completely they forget bring it back all clips also, they broke back trunk, closer part, and never told anything to us and also I share all picture unbelievable hopefully they can take care of everything correctly and return my car back time is the gold but I think they didn’t care anything. Anyway I’m so upset with this situation thanks hopefully supervisor or Owner. They can find out who work on my car and who did this that’s all 😑😞.

Our Family has purchased well over 15 cars and this was the worst experience from a Dealer by Far!
My sister was in the market for a used RX 350. This past Saturday, March 22, my sister/mother went to go look at a used RX 350 and we're ready to purchase the car. Since the trade in my sister was going to use was under my name Stealer required I had to physically be there.
The next morning, which was Sunday, March 23 I drove from San Diego to Lexus of Valencia, ready to sign the paperwork after inspecting the car myself, upon getting there I noticed that almost all their used cars, especially with new tires, had cheap Chinese tires, no reputable namebrand. Which I did not think nothing of.
Until we started inspecting the car and realized that the engine covers were missing fastening clips, and both front/rear bumpers were painted as moldings had paint overspray.
So I brought up these concerns to our salesman (Chloe). Chloe confirmed both bumpers were painted as it is their dealer practice to paint every usedToyota/Lexus used car under lot as a refresh, (which was not disclosed )She asked if this changes the deal which I clearly said, of of course!
She went to get her sales manager, Zach, Zach came out and first agreed that they mostly paint bumpers to get rid of rock chips as he then walked over to the car and clearly tried to gaslight us claiming the bumpers were not painted. Then he stated that white pearl paint is one of the hardest paint to replicate which I said, I understand that's why there's two tones
I advised my sister not to purchase this car without getting a pre-purchase inspection. Which at that moment, Chloe related the message to her sales manager Zack,
Chloe came out and said that their dealers policy does not allow them for a pre-purchase inspection and we would have to take them at their word that the car has been inspected and free of accident or any major damage, which I responded that that is a clear red flag for us.
Even with all that my sister was still willing to purchase the car, which I told her if she purchases the car She needs to buy the cancellation option so that we can get it inspected Monday morning and if there's anything wrong with the car, she can return it.
Which at that point, Chloe went to sales manager Zack to tell them that we would like to purchase the cancellation option. Zach came out and said he's going to pull the trigger on the deal because we were trying to pick apart a 2017 used car and that it does not make sense for him to do this deal.
Which I said perfect, and only led us to believe that something was definitely wrong with the car as we were still willing to purchase the car, but we clearly made known we were going to have it inspected and return it if something was wrong other than bumper repaint.
So we left and drove right on down to Newport beach and purchased a 2018 RX350L made in Japan and not Canada, better service history, less mileage, original paint, and for a much better deal and best of all no sales manager, trying to gaslight us and lie directly in our faces.
For used cars, I would definitely not recommend this dealer!

The experience was fast and helpful, especially Mark Malasig is sales, he made the experience very quick and helpful. Also, Nate Brown in financing was very helpful and made the whole process simple and comfortable. Definitely would recommend Keys Lexus of Valencia to my friends and family.

All three of my Lexus purchases were from Lexus of Valencia, and it was a truly remarkable experience. We engaged in a meaningful conversation about my desire for a certified ES 350. Purchased a beautiful 2020 NX 300 last year. Sales and service techs are always so attentive and kind. Any issue or question I have get answered. Jesse in service helped with a small windshield repair and eased my concerns. Best team!
